Shadow Council Private Limited has revealed that their 2D sandbox survival MMORPG, titled “Afterglow,” will debut on Android and iOS devices this year. Created by an independent studio, the game is currently undergoing closed alpha testing, and interested individuals can still submit applications to participate. The advantage here is that the game isn’t strictly idle, as your team can continue their tasks even when you’re not around due to the semi-idle system.

As a gamer, I can’t wait to dive into this game that doesn’t restrict my progress or push me into social interactions. The strategic turn-based combat is flexible, allowing me to step in when I choose. What really excites me though, is the vast array of weapons and armor to experiment with, each one offering a unique edge against the diverse monsters I’ll encounter, each with their own special abilities and behaviors.
