Suki Waterhouse reveals she was hospitalised with a hernia for wearing pants that were too tight

Waterhouse, the well-known model Suki, recently disclosed that six months back, she had been hospitalized due to an unexpected cause – a hernia. What caught fans’ attention was another peculiar aspect.

On Monday, the 33-year-old English actress and singer shared two photos on site X – one depicted her performing in support of her album “Memoir of a Sparklemuffin,” while the other showed her lying in a hospital bed.

Suki told more than 165,100 followers on X about the bizarre scenario.

She tweeted, ‘I notice you don’t post on Twitter as often anymore.’ She added, ‘Remember those tight pants I wore six months ago? Well, they gave me a hernia, and I’ve been hesitant to share that with you.’

In March 2024, Waterhouse, along with her partner Robert Pattinson, welcomed their daughter into the world. A photograph taken in the hospital showed Waterhouse holding a tiny blue vaping device. Later, when a fan pointed it out, she acknowledged its presence.

The fan said that holding a ‘vape in the hospital is diabolical,’ to which Suki said, ‘So true.’

Other fans wished the entertainer well and related to her struggle.

Said one fan: ‘LMAO!!! That was me after surgery a few weeks ago. Vape in hand.’

Another added, ‘Vape on the hospital bed so true girlfriend.’

Approximately 15 months back, Waterhouse (aged 33) and Pattinson (aged 39) became parents to a child, yet to be named.

The couple have been romantically linked since 2018 and are believed to be  engaged.

During the publicity tour for his newest movie, “Die, My Love”, Robert Pattinson has been sharing uncommon insights into his journey of fatherhood and expressing his affection for his little girl.

At the press conference held on Sunday, May 19, they chose to share openly about how their role as parents impacted their professional duties, due to a specific event or question that was raised.

He shared with reporters that having a baby can be an incredible source of newfound vigor and creativity. This energy is unlike anything else he’s experienced before.

As a devoted admirer, I wholeheartedly agree with Lawrence, aged 34, sharing the same joy as a parent to our three-year-old, Cy, and our brand-new addition, thanks to her union with Cooke Maroney.

She stated that having kids transforms everything, reshaping your entire existence. It can be tough and awe-inspiring at the same time.

Apart from guiding me on whether, where, and when I work, they’ve played a significant role in my learning experience as well, added the Academy Award recipient.

As she went on, she shared, “I never realized I could experience such depth of emotion, and since my work involves dealing with feelings, it has expanded my world in incredible ways. It’s as if I’ve become incredibly sensitive, like a tender spot or an open wound.

She shared with reporters that they’ve had a profound impact on her life, undeniably improving it, and sparking creativity within her. If your goal is to become an actor, she strongly advises having children.

Following his co-star’s comments, Pattinson stated, “It’s essentially the same as what Jennifer mentioned. I’m merely here to offer my support.

Since her birth, she has inspired a fresh perspective on my work, and indeed, you seem like an entirely new individual the following day, he remarked.

Both Lawrence and Pattinson take great care to ensure their kids lead a relatively private life, keeping them largely out of the public eye.

They don’t use social media, and neither Pattinson nor Waterhouse has disclosed the name of their child as of now.

Lawrence has not disclosed the name or the gender of their recently born child from this year.
