Robbie Williams fans rage at Vienna gig disaster after ‘fights broke out when VIP ticket holders were rejected from their own seats’ in ‘dream gig turned nightmare’

Fans of Robbie Williams allegedly expressed anger following an unfortunate incident with tickets at his concert in Vienna.

On Saturday evening, the well-known British pop artist, aged 51, performed live in front of a packed crowd of 55,000 spectators at Ernst-Happel-Stadion, which was completely sold out.

However, those who spent a substantial amount on premium VIP passes felt disappointed when an error at the stadium led to their denial of access to the exclusive sections they had purchased.

In conversations with mirrors, it came to light that some fans disclosed an incident where security personnel were mistakenly informed about wristbands, leading them to inadvertently grant entry to the Diamond zone to individuals who didn’t have VIP access.

When attendees who purchased VIP passes showed up during the event, they found that the space was already full and unable to accommodate them, leading to an on-the-spot apology from the organizers.

A spectator expressed to the media outlet: “They transformed an exciting opportunity into a dreadful experience. The value we expected wasn’t delivered, and they can’t undo the moments that have passed.

While a lady visiting from Manchester, attending the fully booked concert, expressed her dissatisfaction: “I’ve never been more cheated. I shelled out high prices for this event, yet someone with a less expensive pass is standing where I rightfully belong.

According to eyewitnesses, there appeared to be complete pandemonium in the VIP section as fans shouted and wept upon being prevented from gaining access.

A single day following his performance in Vienna, Robbie flew to the U.S., where he performed the new FIFA Anthem, “Desire,” together with Italian singer Laura Pausini, at the finale of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025.
