Aussie singer and wellness influencer list stunning Sunshine Coast mansion styled with ‘zen minimalism’

A high-end home located on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, previously owned by musician Nick Broadhurst (former spouse of model Dina Broadhurst known for her nudist work), is now up for sale.

The designer four-bedroom, three-bathroom house that Nick and his wellness influencer wife, Melissa Ambrosini, co-own, does not have a listed price at the moment.

Nestled just 2 kilometers from the downtown area of Noosa Heads, this luxurious establishment is conveniently close to the well-known vacation spot, Little Cove Beach, which is only a short distance away.

The property, famously known as ‘Wyuna’, harmoniously blends elements of Mediterranean architecture – characterized by high ‘cathedral-like ceilings’ and impressive arches – with a minimalist style the couple has affectionately termed ‘Zen’.

In this abode I call mine, you’ll find expansive, clutter-free, seamlessly designed living spaces that let the sunshine flow freely. Floor-to-ceiling glass panes offer a stunning view from every angle, and an extraordinary magnesium pool built right in, complete with self-cleaning technology and swim jets for a delightful aquatic experience.

Additionally, you’ll find a cozy, submerged seating area equipped with a gas-powered hearth and attractive greenery consisting of local flora.

Additional characteristics are high vaulted ceilings resembling cathedrals, arched openings, a cozy living area set a level lower (sunken) with an integrated gas fireplace, extensive windows, and a unique outdoor design showcasing indigenous flora.

The house is specifically designed for promoting wellness, featuring both hot and cold hydrogen baths, an infrared-enhanced sauna with red lights, and Cell State infrared therapy.

Furthermore, they equipped their house with an advanced ‘Daylight Simulation’ lighting setup, which replicates the changing patterns of natural light during the day.

The technology is intended to be in sympathy with a homeowner’s natural sleep cycles.

As a lifestyle connoisseur, I must share some intriguing insights about the real estate market in Noosa Heads. The last time I saw this particular property change hands was back in 2022, with a hefty price tag of $5,500,000. Compared to the median house price in the area, which stands at around $2,350,000, it’s safe to say that this home is a true gem!

Following the sale of a high-end Sydney property for approximately $8.4 million, Dina Broadhurst, an ex-partner of Nick, has just completed the transaction at the age of 48.

Initially, Dina, who shared ownership of the Darling Point residence with her former partner Max Shepard, set the price for their three-bedroom, two-bathroom house at an impressive $11.5 million.

Initially introduced in November 2024, it wasn’t until last month that the artwork was auctioned off. The artist, who had been flying high, was compelled to reduce the price significantly in an attempt to attract potential buyers.

More recently, we learned that Dina and Shepard had to borrow money through two mortgages and a personal loan in order to carry out the renovations on their house.

As reported by realestate.com.au, Dina and Max, both aged 32, initially funded their renovation project using a typical mortgage from National Australia Bank (NAB).

In 2022, Max additionally borrowed $260,000 from well-established Sydney entrepreneur Basil Sellers. The loan balance has since grown to $358,000 as of last month.

The home then underwent a ‘Cinderella transformation’ by designer Josh Knight from Glebe.

In mid-2023, Dina and Max parted ways after being together for over four years. The next year, they obtained a second mortgage on their shared home.

When Daily Mail Australia contacted Dina for a response, she stated that even with the reduced price to align with market standards, the property ended up selling for more than what was initially spent on acquiring and refurbishing it.

As a lifestyle connoisseur, I must express my heartfelt satisfaction with the outcome of our recent endeavor. To say the least, it has been a shared triumph, and I find myself brimming with enthusiasm as we embark upon fresh journeys together.

Initially, the garden apartment located on Etham Avenue was intended to be put up for auction in December, with an asking price that would have been twice as much as the $5.2 million they had paid for it in 2022.

The listing was soon pulled amid insider predictions the price tag would fall.

In January, Dina expressed to Daily Mail Australia that she withdrew the listing since she wasn’t absolutely certain about letting go of it.

She mentioned that the property is currently off the market since she’s contemplating keeping it for personal use instead.

Over the summer, I’m testing out life here as a temporary arrangement. Afterward, I’ll decide whether I’ll continue staying or purchase a property abroad for next year instead.

The property has attracted significant attention, and we’ll soon decide if we’re going to move forward with the sale.

Dina snatched the recently refurbished property off the market a mere two months following its listing, and a month prior to its scheduled auction.

This year, the socialite generated news by significantly reducing the asking price for her property by a massive $3.1 million.

In June, an apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms is scheduled for auction, with an estimated selling price of approximately $8.4 million.

Yet, reports suggest that it supposedly changed hands for a whopping $8 million during confidential negotiations mere hours before its scheduled auction.

Dina shares a 19-year-old son Leo with musician ex-husband Nick Broadhurst.
