Sora can be obtained through Ordinary Recruit, Social Point Recruit, and by using Mold items. However, it’s not accessible via the New Commander Special Recruit, the Tutorial version of Ordinary Recruit, or the Mileage Shop.

1. New Character

1.1 SSR Dorothy: Serendipity

SSR Dorothy embarks on a journey towards the sea, seeking another utopia, finds herself amidst the battle.

Dorothy: Serendipity is an adversary who unleashes potent, upgraded bullets following the strike of specific targets with her pellets on numerous occasions.

Her Burst Skill boosts her attack speed, allowing her to deal more damage.

Temporary Recruitment Period: The recruitment will be open from the end of the scheduled maintenance on July 17, 2025, up until 4:59:59 on August 7, 2025 (Korea Standard Time).

* How to obtain: Lobby → Recruit → Limited-Time Recruitment

* Recruit Rules:

As a gamer, I can tell you that I have the option to either spend Gems (either free or paid) or use Advanced Recruit Vouchers during Limited-Time Recruitments. Regular Recruit Vouchers won’t cut it in these special situations.

In this case, there’s approximately a 4% likelihood of obtaining SSR Nikkes during the limited-time event, while the odds of getting SSR Dorothy are about 1%. To put it simply, your chances of winning SSR Nikkes are 4 out of 100, and the chance for SSR Dorothy is 1 out of 100. In other words, finding these characters might just be a matter of luck or serendipity!

③ You can get Gold Mileage Tickets when recruiting in Limited-Time Recruitment.

④ You can exchange 200 Gold Mileage Tickets for Dorothy: Serendipity in the Mileage Shop.

⑤ When Limited-Time Recruitment ends, unused Gold Mileage Tickets will not disappear.

After the Limited-Time Recruitment wraps up with its latest update, I won’t find Dorothy: Serendipity in the Ordinary Recruit pool, New Commander Special Recruit, Tutorial Recruit, Social Point Recruit, or obtainable through Mileage Shop purchases, nor will I be able to craft her using Mold items.

1.2 SSR Elegg: Boom and Shock

SSR Elegg: Boom and Shock, together with her BOOMbastic swimsuit, joins the battlefield.

As a passionate player, I’ve found an incredible character that goes by the name of Elegg: Boom and Shock. This amazing Attacker amplifies her own and her allies’ attacking power by seizing spectral entities haunting the enemies!

When she unleashes her Burst Ability, she can inflict substantial damage with the help of the ghosts she has trapped.

In this Limited-Time Recruitment, you have the option to utilize either free or paid Gems, or advanced Recruit Vouchers. Regular Recruit Vouchers are not applicable for this purpose.

In the Limited-Time Recruitment, there’s approximately a 4% likelihood of getting an SSR Nikke, while the odds for obtaining both SSR units, Boom and Shock, stand at around 2%.

③ You can get Gold Mileage Tickets when recruiting in Limited-Time Recruitment.

④ You can exchange 200 Gold Mileage Tickets for Elegg: Boom and Shock in the Mileage Shop.

⑤ When Limited-Time Recruitment ends, unused Gold Mileage Tickets will not disappear.

After the conclusion of the Limited-Time Recruitment, characters Elegg: Boom and Shock will no longer appear in Regular Recruit, New Commander Special Recruit, Tutorial Recruit, Social Point Recruit, or be obtained from the Mileage Shop or Mold items in the subsequent update.

2. Limited-Time Recruitment of Rerun Characters

2.1 SSR Sakura: Bloom in Summer

To take beautiful photos, SSR Sakura: Bloom in Summer makes her appearance again.

Sakura: Blooming in Summer, or Nikke the Attacker, gains increased power with each piece of the opponent she defeats.

She can continuously maintain more powerful attacks according to the number of parts destroyed.

⑥ Once the Limited-Time Recruitment concludes with its update, Sakura: Bloom in Summer will no longer be accessible for recruitment in the standard recruit pool, new commander special recruit, tutorial recruit, social point recruit, the mileage shop, or through mold items.

2.2 SSR Rosanna: Chic Ocean

SSR Rosanna reappears, gracefully slicing through the emerald sea once more, a striking contrast of black and white.

As a devoted admirer, I’d like to share that Rosanna, my beloved character, is a supporter known as Nikke. What makes her truly special is her unique ability: whenever she dismantles her foes, she amplifies the attacks of her allies!

She not only retains substantial destructive force post-enemy dismantling, but also aids her allies in swiftly annihilating their foes.

She doesn’t just keep strong offensive capabilities following the enemy’s destruction, she additionally assists her allies in promptly eliminating them.

Or simply:
She not only continues with high attack strength after defeating the enemy, but also helps her allies in quickly vanquishing them.

After the conclusion of Limited-Time Recruitment, Rosanna: Chic Ocean will no longer be accessible in regular recruitment pools such as New Commander Special Recruit, Ordinary Recruit (Tutorial), Social Point Recruit, and can’t be purchased with Mileage points or obtained from mold items.

2.3 Temporary Participation Nikkes

During your training period, it’s possible to have Nikkes from the Pick Up team use the Union Shooting Range on a temporary basis.

3. New Costume

3.1 Special Costume: Rapi: Red Hood – Red Flavor

The striking red that I love the most.

As an ardent admirer, I’m thrilled to share that the coveted “Red Hood – Red Flavor” outfit is now up for grabs in the Costume Gacha! Not only does it come with a complete Voice Over (VO), but also a Burst Skill cutscene and a captivating standing pose. To top it off, there’s even an adorable SD special motion associated with this outfit!

3.2 Special Costume: Tove – Sunblaze

A special survival swimsuit for the survival expert.

To acquire Tove – Sunblaze, head over to the SURVIVOR PASS, where it comes complete with voiceover. For details on how to get this item, take a look at the New Items section provided below.

3.3 Special Costume: Julia – Summer Romance

A melody for the blue sea and clear skies.

You can get Julia – Summer Romance by completing the August Mission Pass. For more information, you can find it in the New Commodities section below.

4. Special Costume Rerun

4.1 Special Costume: Pepper – Ocean Vitamin

Summer is here! After coming to the beach, Pepper wears a bikini.

Pepper – Ocean Vitamin will be available in Cash Shop again for a limited time.

5.1 New Story Event: BOOM! THE GHOST!

Utopia, a luxurious cruise ship drifting across the sea on the surface.

For some reason, it remains powered after all this time, still sailing across the ocean.

Taking it as a lead to a new power source, people get ready and set out for the cruise ship.

Yet waiting aboard are unidentified entities, shrouded in mystery.

Investigate the “BOOM! THE GHOST!” game map and join a variety of exciting tasks. By scouring the map, players will find themselves gathering Gems, construction resources, and hidden treasures known as Lost Relics.

Delve into the “BOOM! THE GHOST!” map and engage in numerous activities. Through careful exploration, players can collect Gems, building materials, and elusive Lost Relics.

5.3 Archives – BEAUTY FULL SHOT

Story Event BEAUTY FULL SHOT is now available in Archives.

Participate in BOOM! THE GHOST! to obtain Memory Films for unlocking story events in Archives.

5.4 14 Days Login Event – BOOM! WITH SUMMER!

During the event, simply log in every 14 days to claim your rewards. If you manage to log in for 14 consecutive days, you’ll receive Advanced Recruit Vouchers and development resources as well.

5.5 1000 DAYS PRESENT

5.6 Recruit Perks Event

Hire Dorothy: Gain access to Collection Item maintenance kits and Advanced Recruitment Vouchers depending on the quantity of successful recruitments made.

※ Recruitment counts will reset after the event. It cannot be carried over to future events.

6. Solo Raid

On July 24, 2025, at exactly noon, the Solo Raid event will commence! Gather your teams to confront the boss and reap rewards such as Harmony Cube materials, maintenance materials for favorite items, and collection item upkeep materials. The leaderboard ranking is decided by the cumulative damage inflicted. Rewards including exclusive avatar frames and Gems will be dispensed based on rank position.

7. Coordinated Operation

Band together with four other Commanders and take on Black Smith as a group! Players have the option of joining forces with friends or fellow Union members, or they can connect automatically with others. If you successfully conquer Black Smith, you’ll receive Broken Cores that can be traded for Gems and development materials at the Recycling Shop. Rusted Bones rewards, based on your position in the rankings, can also be exchanged for extra development materials in the Recycling Shop.

8. Weekend-Only – FULL BURST DAY Event

During weekends’ Full Burst Day event, players are eligible for extra rewards in both the Interception and Simulation Rooms.

9. Champion Arena (Beta Season)

Champion Arena (Beta Season 8) will open on July 17, 2025.

Champion Arena (Beta Season 9) will open on July 31, 2025.

In Champion Arena, commanders who have ranked 4th or higher in the SP Arena engage in competition against each other. Battles are arranged based on the schedules for the League, Promotion Tournament, and Champions’ Duel. During the Promotion Tournament and Champions’ Duel, players can guess who will win using the Cheer system. As commanders accumulate ranking achievements, they receive unique avatar frames as rewards.

10. Reshuffling of Arena Groups

Rookie Arena and SP Arena groups will undergo periodical reshuffling.

11. Simulation Room – Overclock Mode (Season 5)

In the updated Simulation Room – Overclock Version (Season 5), you’ll have the opportunity to choose extra settings and encounter tougher scenarios with increased difficulties. Once you conquer the Simulation Room Overclock, you will receive at least one Skill Manual and Burst Manual based on your highest Core Ratio. If you haven’t claimed the rewards from Difficulty 5 Sector C in the current Simulation Room yet, you can get everything simultaneously. The record of rewards acquisition refreshes every fortnight, allowing you to earn these rewards again after the reset.

12. New Gameplay and Feature

12.1 Added new profile card objects to Profile Decoration.

12.2 Added new titles.

12.3 New equipment ownership status feature.

A handy new function lets you see your personal manufacturer equipment straight from the Anomaly Capture interface. If the prizes contain goods you’re running low on, they will be emphasized during the appropriate Anomaly Capture phase.

12.4 New Favorite Item Nikkes added.

▶ Condition to unlock Favorite Item feature: Clear Campaign 6-4

Once you’ve successfully completed Campaign 6-4, a message will pop up, informing you that the “Favorite Items” functionality is now accessible. To explore this new feature, navigate to the ‘Details’ section of your ‘Favorite Items’ in Nikkes.

The preferred items for Poli, Tove, Julia, and Bay can be sourced from Dispatch and Solo Raids.

12.6 Poli, Tove, Julia, and Bay can be obtained from Mileage Shop.

Gold Ticket Redemption allows you to claim the Nikke Selection Box for Season 4 Favorites, featuring characters like Poli, Tove, Julia, and Bay.

Redeem your Silver Mileage Tickets for the “Favorite Item Season 4 Special Selection Box,” containing extra bodies of characters like Poli, Tove, Julia, and Bay.

12.7 Added new lobby backgrounds.

12.8 Launch on Google Play Games on PC

On July 17, 2025, the official launch of the PC version of GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE will take place on Google Play Games during our scheduled server maintenance. We cordially invite you to explore and enjoy the game through this platform.

13. New Commodities

13.1 Costume Gacha: Rapi: Red Hood – Red Flavor

* Event duration: From the end of the July 17, 2025 maintenance to 4:59:59 August 7, 2025 (UTC+9)

After making ten draws, you’ll earn prizes like the Red Hood – Red Flavor, Advanced Recruit Vouchers, and Materials for upgrading your equipment.

To get gacha draws, you need to use the Swimming Bag, which is a unique item. You can acquire this Swimming Bag by buying it from the Ticket Shop.

13.2 SURVIVOR PASS

* Event duration: From the end of July 17, 2025 maintenance to 4:59:59 August 7, 2025 (UTC+9)

As a gamer, after splurging on the top-tier Survivor Pass, I’ve got a mission every day: level it up! To do that, I’ll be completing daily tasks to earn Advanced Recruit Vouchers. Once I hit the max level, I’ll score Tove’s exclusive Sunblaze costume as my reward!

13.3 August Mission Pass

* Sale duration: From 00:00:00 August 1, 2025 to 23:59:59 August 31, 2025 (UTC+9)

Once you’ve bought the Premium Mission Pass, accomplish daily tasks to elevate its level and collect Recruit Vouchers. Obtain Julia’s exclusive Summer Romance costume upon reaching the highest possible level.

13.4 New character packages will be available after the July 17, 2025 maintenance.
