Amanda Holden, 54, poses in tiny blue bikini as she reveals plans for epic garden and pool makeover at her £7m Surrey home
Amanda Holden tantalizes followers by sharing sneak peeks into her renovation blueprints, playfully displaying her garden layouts while wearing a petite swimsuit.
In 2023, a few months after moving into her £7million Surrey mansion, the TV personality finished renovating its interior. Now, she is ready to focus on the outdoor space – the garden.
On Instagram, Amanda enthusiastically unveiled her plans by posting a computer-generated image of her proposed garden and pool layout. To make it more appealing, she included an image of herself modeling a bikini within the picture.
In a simple and conversational manner: Amanda, 54 years old, was stunning in her small, vibrant blue swimsuit, striking numerous poses while holding a wine glass in this lively photo.
A preview of our upcoming garden design is here! Can’t wait for construction to begin this summer with Iconic Landscapes UK and IE Home Exteriors. Keep an eye out for some sneaky CGI appearances of me in a swimsuit, she wrote along with the photo.
The layout presents fresh tilework and gardening arrangements around Amanda’s swimming pool in her backyard, adorned with palm trees and a pergola to give it an elegant, Beverly Hills aesthetic.

In the tail end of 2023, the judge on Britain’s Got Talent relocated from south London alongside her music producer spouse Chris Hughes, along with their daughters Lexi (aged 19) and Hollie (aged 13). Upon settling in, they promptly embarked on a substantial home improvement project.
In simpler terms, Amanda, known for hosting the popular ITV renovation series titled Amanda & Alan’s Italian Job, detailed her process of revamping a previously dull property. By infusing vibrant colors and personal touches, she transformed it into a place she now calls her permanent residence.
In the span of just a year, the star, initially believing it would take several years, managed to dramatically change the appearance of that space.
The television personality spoke about to TopMob about her home back in April 2024.
She expressed, “This is my long-sought ideal residence. For all my life, I’ve cherished the idea of having this dream house, and now that I’ve achieved it, I can truly say I’m taking a step forward.
I am undeniably at peace… My passion lies in interior design, and I confidently told my spouse, “Rest assured, this is our forever home. It might take me a couple of years to redesign it.
However, despite the fact that we just moved into the house last November, it seems like we’ll finish renovating by June. Yet, I’m already considering another project because he might get quite upset if we don’t have something new to work on!

In my role as a lifestyle expert, I’ve always believed in making spaces truly one’s own. While the initial dwelling presented an immaculate picture with its pristine white and grey hues, I knew it wasn’t the full story for me. So, I embarked on a transformative journey to breathe life into this canvas – and boy, did it ever!
‘I am turning it into the Beverly Hills Hotel, that’s my aim.’
‘I have just planted two palm trees in the garden, which makes me feel so happy.’
