Based on the leaks available on X, it appears that even though Zidane’s card isn’t in the database currently, there are some fresh commentary lines that refer to him. These include goal announcements and real-time descriptions from the official commentator of eFootball series, Peter Drury, as well as Spanish comments highlighting Zidane’s on-field moments.

There seems to be strong evidence suggesting that Zidane might join the game shortly. Previously, similar hints in commentaries have been followed by actual in-game releases. For instance, Pele was discovered through commentary and audio files several weeks prior to his official debut in the game just recently.
In much the same way, incidents similar to leaks have been reported with Puskás, who also debuted during the same 30th Anniversary Campaign as Pelé. Despite Zidane currently lacking a player card, the introduction of these voice lines could hint at KONAMI’s plans for his potential future release.
The absence of the Bayern Munich license could potentially disrupt the game slightly, yet, with high-profile recruitments, KONAMI aims to introduce numerous fresh personalities into the game.
To date, KONAMI hasn’t made any official announcements, but these audio leaks have sparked optimism among fans. Zidane is a highly desired legend, and if he were to join the game, it would be a significant boost for both the in-game players and collectors alike. Of course, the coveted epic cards associated with his arrival could generate substantial revenue.
