Kathy Griffin shows off VERY taut face as she tames her wild-hair look
This week, Kathy Griffin underwent another transformation in her appearance, following last week’s unveiling of a striking new look.
Recently in Los Angeles, the well-known comedian, who is 64 years old, was seen without her usual fringe hairstyle and with minimal makeup on, allowing her fiery red locks to dance freely in the wind.
On the outing, Griffin seemed nearly unrecognizable, but when she was spotted recently taking a stroll with her service dog, she appeared more like her typical self.
Or
During the outing, Griffin seemed almost like a completely different person, yet in her recent sighting while walking with her service dog, she showed greater similarity to her usual appearance.
Both versions convey the same meaning and are easy to understand.
Despite that, her face looked particularly taut as she got some exercise around town.
The outing comes in the wake of Griffin undergoing a hysterectomy in early April.
The actress, known for causing an uproar by posting an offensive anti-Trump video, sported a thoroughly styled appearance and hid her lengthy red hair under a large-brimmed sun hat, attempting to avoid the intense sunlight.

She was dressed casually in a gray T-shirt repping The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.
She paired it with baggy gray pants, matching Nike trainers and a small brown patterned handbag.
It came as a surprise that Kathy chose the shirt she did, possibly due to it being intended ironically, given her recent verbal attack on Colbert, which she referred to as an “ambush” interview back in 2018.
Last May, I spilled my heart out on my YouTube talkshow, confessing how an unexpected turn of events marred my appearance on The Late Show. You see, the host pushed me into revisiting a contentious snap from the past – a photo of me holding a mask of Donald Trump drenched in fake blood, which I’d shared the year prior.
Certain commentators suggested that the bloody mask appeared like a decapitated head, leading to an investigation by the Secret Service regarding the display. Subsequently, Griffin stated that she was entirely cleared of any wrongdoing in this matter.
During the interview, Griffin found herself close to tears due to Colbert’s questioning, and she later alleged that both Colbert and his producer had gone back on their agreed-upon terms for the interview. Originally, she had expressed a desire not to delve into the photograph scandal.
I found myself initially believing that the controversy had been adequately addressed and was considered closed following the investigation with no charges, but Colbert’s persistent discussion of it, despite his frequent jabs at Donald Trump, left me with a lingering sense of what felt like hidden misogyny during our interview.
Griffin stated about Colbert, “All I could recall was my thought: ‘He doesn’t speak down to other comedians like this. It’s not in his character. I’ve never witnessed such treatment from him towards any fellow comic,’

Griffin confessed that she nearly shed tears while Colbert questioned her intensely, yet she was able to hold back those tears until after she left the stage.
When she challenged the TV show’s executive producer over the sudden shift in subject matter, he seemed to counter with an unrelated remark instead.
Griffin reminisced that during their conversation, the EP mentioned that he was struggling deeply with [the photo], then added, “You know, Stephen is quite devoutly Catholic.
In my response, I found myself expressing, “Wait a minute! How does that relate? I was brought up in the Catholic faith as well!” Griffin seemed to echo this thought. To which he responded, “I believe that’s the connection.” I simply replied, “Ah, I see. Unfortunately, it doesn’t resonate with me at all.
Griffin sparked another wave of debate, reviving the dispute surrounding her controversial Trump mask photo that led to her dismissal as co-host on CNN’s New Year’s Eve broadcast with Anderson Cooper, when she posted a video showcasing four fiber-art depictions of decapitated figures representing Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, and the current president.
Each of the four fabricated heads, resembling rugs, had threads of red yarn hanging down as if depicting veins, blood, and tissue.
‘For the first time ever… no comment,’ she captioned the clip.
Despite facing criticism on TikTok, this year’s controversy surrounding Griffin turned out to be less contentious compared to 2017. It remains uncertain whether Griffin actually created the gruesome artwork herself or merely shared someone else’s creation.

Griffin has lately looked particularly pale and gaunt on public outings.
In April, she disclosed that she had a surgical procedure performed to take out her uterus, fallopian tubes, and ovaries as a precautionary measure against the potential return of cancer.
In 2021, she experienced a frightening moment due to a lung cancer diagnosis at an early stage (stage one). Subsequently, she underwent surgery.
A celebrity known for “My Life on the D-List” underwent a procedure to take out half of her left lung earlier, but it wasn’t until several months later that she shared the good news: she had beaten cancer.
The next year, she disclosed that she required a vocal cord operation to preserve her voice, as it had been significantly affected following her cancer surgery.
