Radioactive Spider-Man and UnDeadpool Join X-Men: Age of Revelation!
As a diehard Marvel fan, I can’t hide my excitement over the latest announcements about upcoming X-Men: Age of Revelation comic book series!
To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Age of Apocalypse, Marvel Comics has revealed plans for a new storyline titled Age of Revelation. This exciting new chapter in the X-Men comics will begin in October this year. The adventure starts with a special one-shot issue, X-Men: Age of Revelation #0, which will hit comic book stores next week. After that, the main event, Age of Revelation Overture #1, will be released on October 1, 2025.
The Age of Revelation advances the X-Men narrative by 10 years into the future. Having been warmly received as part of Cyclops’ X-Men team, Revelation embarks on a mission given to him by Apocalypse – to establish a world where only the strongest thrive. His mutant ability to control language has reached unprecedented heights, allowing him to command the Earth with his voice and transform it into a utopia for mutants. However, this supposed haven for mutants is constructed on a deceitful foundation, gradually expanding at the expense of humanity until it becomes a world exclusively inhabited by mutants.
What X-Men: Age of Revelation comics have been announced?
The upcoming “Age of Revelation” will replace the existing X-Men storyline, featuring new iterations like “Amazing X-Men”, “Invincible X-Men”, and “Exile X-Men”.
Titles such as “The Final Wolverine,” “Binary,” “Cloak or Dagger,” “Iron & Frost,” “Laura Kinney (Wolverine),” “Short Shots,” “Mutant Generation,” “Radioactive Spider-Man‘s Adventures,” “Storm of Chaos,” “Sinister’s Squad,” “Undeadpool,” “Avengers X,” and “X-Men: Revelation” are also used.
More information will be provided at a later time. For now, it’s known that Jed MacKay is the writer for both X-Men: Age of Revelation #0 and X-Men: Age of Revelation Overture. Humberto Ramos handles the art for X-Men: Age of Revelation #0, whereas Ryan Stegman is responsible for the art in X-Men: Age of Revelation Overture.
