The ex-glamour model, aged 47, isn’t new to surgical treatments as she has had numerous procedures done throughout her life.

She’s undergone at least 16 breast augmentations, three nose surgeries, and two facelifts, and she’s been raising concerns due to her significant recent weight loss.

Wearing a plunging maxi dress without a bra, Katie gathered her hair into a sleek ponytail, highlighting her flawless skin instead.

Katie, known for acknowledging her struggles with body dysmorphia, is thought to have invested more than 130 thousand pounds in cosmetic surgeries throughout her life. The model expresses no intention of reducing these procedures.

In January, a mother of five traveled overseas to make some adjustments (or enhancements) on her sixth facial surgery costing approximately £10,000. She recorded this journey for a fresh YouTube video.

While recording her reactions, she observed herself preparing for the stage and reflected thoughtfully: “I look so unattractive there – that was prior to my procedure.

She acknowledged that not all the nursing staff may fully grasp the English language, yet she expressed her enthusiasm during the anticipation as she enjoys going under anesthesia.

Regarding her physical self before the operation, she commented that she seemed extremely thin and bony, while expressing astonishment at the size of her breasts. She also mentioned her intention to undergo additional surgeries to enhance those features in the time to come.

As she put her signature on the consent form, she admitted, “I’m merely signing, not reading; I just want to proceed with the surgery.” She then continued, ” frankly, I think I appear quite artificial and unattractive.

Katie, who received a minor nose lift as well, shared that she disregarded the doctor’s cautions regarding possible scarring, instead, she was simply impatient for her operation.

After undergoing the tweaks to her facelift and nose, the surgery wasn’t finished for Katie.

Initially, she intended to have a procedure to make her ears lie flat to suit her now more defined face, but due to a drop in her blood pressure during the operation, the doctors suggested she wait until the next day for the surgery, when they would use only local anesthesia.

As she underwent the process, she asserted, “I felt absolutely no pain whatsoever!” She then queried, “Now, have we finished?

As she studied her reflection in the video, Katie remarked, “I find myself quite pleased with my appearance, and it leaves me desiring even more of it.

‘It’s so bad why am I watching this? I still think there’s room now to pull more [skin]’.

Back in the early part of the year, Katie disclosed that her surgery wasn’t self-funded. Instead, she receives it gratis in exchange for a social media post on Instagram.

When asked about her approach to selecting surgeries, she responded: ‘I have a comprehensive guide that allows me to choose from various surgical options offered by multiple clinics.’

She mentioned: ‘I don’t utilize it as fully as I might. Overusing it would make me appear quite unusual, which is not my desired appearance.’
