Kourtney Kardashian marked her daughter Penelope’s 13th birthday with a celebratory trip.

In simpler terms, the 46-year-old, formerly known for her role in Keeping Up with the Kardashians, has a child named Penelope, along with two other children, Mason (age 15) and Reign (age 10), with her ex-boyfriend, Scott Disick.

This week, she shared on Instagram about the unique event and expressed her heartfelt thanks for being a mother.

She posted a picture filled with balloons, indicating that her daughter turned 13 today. Her heart overflowed with appreciation and affection for her.

Kardashian didn’t specify exactly where they traveled, but scenic photos resembled Italy.

A month has passed since Kourtney announced on social media that she was crying because her daughter had completed the sixth grade.

Last year Penelope celebrated her birthday by going on a three-day getaway with her friends. 

Afterwards on Instagram, Kourtney shared photos from the gathering, accompanied by the caption: ‘Nine girls (and a baby) gathered, with two moms, notably @natalie5382. For three tranquil days, we savored laid-back beach moments to commemorate my little one.’

Toe rings, sound immersions, midnight swims, artistic designs on swimwear, frozen treats like bananas, exclamations of “Mamma Mia,” and an endless dose of Frank Ocean’s music.

Penelope got heartfelt birthday greetings from her relatives via Instagram, with her grandma, Kris Jenner, being among them.

Jenner uploaded a series of throwback photos of her granddaughter and added a heartfelt caption.

Granddaughter Penelope, my pride and joy, has now become a teenager! It’s hard for me to believe that you are already 13 today!” she wrote in her note.

The Kardashian-Jenner family matriarch went on to say, ‘You are incredibly intelligent, strong, self-assured, kind-hearted, amusing, and exceptional… You’re the best daughter, sister, granddaughter, friend, cousin, and aunt, and you make us all feel incredibly proud every day.’

She exclaimed, “You possess an extraordinary sense of style and a remarkably creative spirit. It has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life to witness your transformation into this remarkable young woman. Being your grandmother is a treasure I appreciate every day. In addition to Kourtney and Travis, their combined family features his three kids – stepdaughter Atiana (age 26), son Landon (age 21), and daughter Alabama (age 19) – from his previous marriage with Shanna Moakler.
