DailyMail.com interviewed the personal trainer of a Friends star, Dani Coleman, revealing an unexpected method for her maintaining a slender figure – with no need for excessive ‘sit-ups’ or painful crunches.

Dani remarked, “She really thrives on tough workouts, and it’s been incredibly gratifying to watch her get stronger over the past four years.” Every so often, you can find her appearing on Aniston’s Instagram.

Dani told DailyMail.com that she trained Jen using the three main formats offered by Pvolve: Strength & Sculpt, Sculpt & Burn, and Progressive Weight Training.
