Georgia Love is wholeheartedly stepping into her latest phase with a touch of elegance – publicly announcing that she now resides at one of Melbourne’s grandest rental properties, Madison Grand.

The previous Bachelorette, aged 35, announced her return through Instagram, posting a reflection selfie within the elegant lobby of the high-end Southbank building and captioning it: “Returning to my lovely second home @madisongrand_southbank.

In front of a marbled console embellished with golden accents and fresh orchids, the TV host exuded casual elegance while wearing black pants and a striped sweater, striking a pose for the camera near the lifts.

The sophisticated, luxury interior designs align perfectly with the style of Madison Grand – an esteemed apartment complex that has been endorsed by GQ and is known as Melbourne’s most exclusive rental location.

Georgia’s latest post mirrors a similar enigmatic sharing from the same spot about a few weeks back, which depicted her holding a bunch of blossoms while playing Miley Cyrus’ hit song “Flowers” in the background.

The lyrics – ‘I can purchase myself blooms, sketch my name on the shore, converse with myself endlessly…’ – have been broadly seen as a subtle statement towards her former spouse, Lee Elliott, aged 43, after their unexpected separation earlier in the year.

In 2016, Georgia and Lee, who first crossed paths on The Bachelorette Australia, spent four years as a married couple before they declared an end to their long-standing relationship (nine years in total).

Just a few months following their public split, the ex-pair has now offloaded their stylish four-bedroom dwelling situated in Hampton East, Victoria – once their shared residence.

This contemporary house, situated approximately 17 kilometers away from the central business district (CBD) of Melbourne, was initially priced between $1.5 million and $1.58 million. During the auction, a bid of $1.53 million was made, but it did not reach the reserve price. However, the property was eventually sold after negotiations that took place following the auction.

Regardless of their past separation, the former partners seemed amicable at the auction, exchanging smiles and conversation, and later went to a cafe nearby to celebrate the successful sale, together.

As a lifestyle expert, I must say, my previous abode, a two-story townhouse, was quite charming with its private balcony, outdoor BBQ area, luxurious Caesarstone countertops, Tasmanian oak flooring, and hydronic heating. However, it’s a stark contrast to the opulent facilities I now relish at Madison Grand.

Overlooking the city from its lofty perch, the Southbank tower features a rooftop swimming pool, a fitness center for residents, a pet salon, concierge services, private dining areas, a bar serving cocktails, a café, an entertainment lounge, and luxurious lounges specifically designed for VIP events.

The prices for studios in this building begin at $595 a week, whereas two-bedroom units can go as high as $975 a week.

As a lifestyle expert, I must say, there’s been quite a buzz among fans regarding the status of my marriage with Lee. For quite some time now, we haven’t been spotted together, and an observant eye would notice that our wedding rings are absent these days.

Additionally, they celebrated Christmas separately as well. Later on, Georgia embarked on a journey alone to New York, while Lee continued to reside in Melbourne throughout this period.

The pair broke the news of their split in February.

Following nine beautiful years spent together, among which four were as a married couple, they’ve chosen to take the heart-wrenching step of going separate ways with love.
