DIGAWEL Curates a “Creative Class Uniform” for FW25

Summary

  • Japanese label DIGAWEL’s FW25 collection, dubbed “Creative Class Uniform,” blends traditional prep, workwear, and loungewear influences, reinterpreting archival inspirations for daily wear.
  • The collection features eclectic styling, including formal pieces paired with casual accessories, and includes collaborations with BODHI on cashmere knitwear and F/CE on a down-filled nylon puffer.

For their FW25 range, the Japanese brand DIGAWEL introduces a versatile “Creative Work Attire,” drawing inspiration from diverse areas such as traditional casual wear, practical work clothing, and relaxed lounge styles.

DIGAWEL revealed that their latest collection was inspired by a fresh look at the scrapbooks they’ve gathered throughout the years. This new perspective allowed them to rework their archival inspirations with a more mature understanding, updating and enhancing classic designs and initial ideas. The brand emphasized that they are dedicated to creating clothing that suits your daily needs, aiming to be a constant companion in your life.

DIGAWEL’s newest collection showcases an eclectic blend, merging formal and casual elements in a harmonious way, creating looks that are both sophisticated and practical. The opening ensemble sets the tone for the entire range, featuring a timeless tan overcoat, loose-fitting brown pants, a blue dress shirt, and accessorized with a vintage dad cap and red Pumas. Additionally, a check suit set is matched with a baseball cap and black leather dress shoes, highlighting the Ivy League aesthetic that permeates throughout the collection.

This season, the brand is teaming up again with BODHI to produce a sweater and pants crafted from luxurious 100% cashmere, woven into a fine 18-gauge fabric. Furthermore, a coat designed in partnership with F/CE features a stylish rounded silhouette, reinforced with extra down filling in nylon material.
