This order imposed sanctions on Karim Khan, a UK national serving as an official with the International Criminal Court (ICC), and his family. The President issued a statement, indicating potential further actions against individuals implicated in violations at the International Criminal Court. These actions may involve seizing their assets and restricting their access to the United States.

Should further penalties be imposed, Amal, being part of International Criminal Court Prosecutor Khan’s team that initiated arrest warrants against Israeli and Hamas leaders, might face a ban from entering the U.S.
