Billy Brownless stuns girlfriend with shock ‘relationship question’ during romantic anniversary getaway

Despite attempts by trolls to dampen the mood, Billy Brownless and his girlfriend Crystle Fleur are still basking in the joy of their anniversary with a romantic retreat.

The legendary AFL player, aged 58, and his glamorous companion, both at 52 years old, have been savoring a delightful coastal retreat in Monkey Mia, Western Australia.

On Monday, the well-known host posted a collection of pictures from their recent vacation on Instagram. One image displayed the contented pair basking in the scenic coastline while smiling broadly.

A different individual was found depicting Billy seated in the couple’s hotel room, donning a playfully serious facial expression as he brandished a card from a deck of cards.

Different photos depicted stunning sunsets as well as various wildlife species that Billy and Crystle had come across during their journey.

On the first and second days of a grand journey called The Big Adventure, Billy drove for nine hours from Perth to Monkey Mia, managing to make it through alive! During this trip, he skillfully avoided encounters with goats, kangaroos, and emus while taking pictures for his holiday album.

Spent an afternoon swimming alongside dolphins, sea turtles, and manatees (less aesthetically pleasing), and ended the day with a question about my relationship status that Crystle should have posed 12 months earlier!

The post sparked numerous comments from enthusiastic fans and admirers, who couldn’t help but express their delight as they noticed the undeniably content pair.

Overflowing with joy, it’s heartwarming to see that you’ve found love. You two make a stunning pair, indeed! One person exclaimed, while another echoed the sentiment by saying: ‘Bravo, Billy and Crystle! What an amazing couple. Here’s to enjoying a couple of cold ones together!’

Others took the chance to throw some subtle shade at Billy for his photography skills.

‘One person said, “Keep up with the humor, Bill, your photography skills aren’t great,” while another playfully commented, “It seems like you use a potato for some of your pictures. Could you at least be thin?”‘

It comes as trolls took aim at Billy as he marked his one-year anniversary with Crystle this week.

On Sunday, Crystle marked their special anniversary by posting a heartwarming photo of them on Instagram, which garnered close to 7,000 likes.

Yet, numerous individuals, often referred to as trolls, flooded the comment section of the post expressing their opinions about the couple. Some commented that Billy appears to be dating beyond his level with the mother of three, while others suggested she is out of his social sphere or class.

‘Good to see you happy Bill, but still punching way above,’ one person wrote.

Another chimed in: ‘Punching above your weight there, big man…’    

The romance between Billy and Crystle first became public knowledge in October last year.

Since then, he and Crystle have been inseparable, seen enjoying outings across Melbourne.

In February, they were noticed walking together, linked arm-in-arm, through South Yarra following a leisurely café outing.

A mother-of-three, Crystle’s low-key style and successful career have captured Brownless’ heart.

One of Geelong’s most popular players, Billy made his name with 198 AFL games and 441 goals.

After retiring, he moved into the field of media, becoming a regular on The Football Show and hosting The Rush Hour radio program.

In 2016, my personal life became public knowledge due to a scandal involving my close friendship with Garry Lyon.

The former best mates fell out after it emerged Lyon was in a relationship with his ex-wife, Nicky.

The public split caused deep hurt for Billy, who spoke openly about his disappointment.

However, in recent years, the pair have moved towards reconciliation.

Over the holiday season, the families celebrated Christmas as one, while January marked the first time in many years that Billy and Garry shared a TV spot jointly.

As a committed supporter, I had the pleasure of attending the nuptials of my dear friend Billy’s daughter, Ruby, which took place in Noosa during the month of March – another heartening step forward in our journey towards healing.
