List of Character Classes in Once Human
In a departure from traditional MMOs, Human’s latest addition presents a dynamic job structure that isn’t bound by strict roles. Instead, these jobs are adaptable, granting distinctive skills to facilitate diverse gameplay experiences. The inaugural trio of jobs – the Chef, Gardener, and Beastmaster – each offer unique ways to prepare meals, cultivate plants, and command creatures, respectively.
1. Chef
In a nod to authentic culinary experiences, the Chef class allows you to escape the monotony of preset cooking methods. Feel free to combine ingredients in any way you desire, crafting distinctive dishes with extraordinary outcomes. Moreover, you’ll have access to three special abilities: Glutton, Ingredient Scent, and Fine Cuisine.

You’ll begin with a compact, solar-powered, and transportable Campfire Stove, along with a Gourmet Atlas that records each dish you prepare. The fundamental skill of the Chef, Creative Cooking, eliminates recipe limitations and offers opportunities to elevate your dishes with extra effects.
2. Gardener
In the game of Nalcott, the Gardener class provides you with the ability to control and utilize biomechanical plants to your strategic advantage. These plants serve multiple purposes such as defending your base, aiding in resource collection, and even assisting in combat. Some of its talents include Environmental Expertise, Mobile Planting, and Greenhouse Innovation.

You’ll begin by using a transportable planting container, ideal for nurturing seeds, and an environmental sensor to keep tabs on surrounding conditions. Leveraging the sewing skills provided by HP, you can fusion cultivate crops with other plants or mechanical components to achieve unique outcomes.
3. Beastmaster
As a Beastmaster, you develop a unique bond with animals, viewing them not merely as livestock but as loyal companions. You gain the ability to comprehend their language, converse with them, and even command them into battle. Additionally, you can utilize skills such as Beast Whisperer, Bleeding Expert, and Wilderness Master to enhance your abilities.

As an enthusiast, I’ll kick off my adventure with a powerful “Beast Whistle” to call upon my preferred animal ally from a trio of incredible beast partners. Pongo, the resilient boar, is my trusty gatherer, Misha, the protective bear, stands guard by my side, and Shiro, the adaptable wolf, can amplify in strength over time. With the extraordinary “Beast Partner” ability, I can utilize the Whistle to command and control a partner, ensuring my journey through this world is filled with companionship and success!
