Lizzo strips down to her underwear to showcase incredible body transformation after weight loss
On Thursday, Lizzo shared a pair of photos on Instagram that highlighted her remarkable weight loss journey, with both images showing her in a more casual setting.
On Wednesday, the 37-year-old musician, accompanied by her partner Myke Wright, shared mirror selfies where she was seen wearing simple underwear. She also gave a shout-out to wellness expert Flavia Lanini.
She labeled her post as an appreciation for @flavialanini, and then went on to describe her weight loss progress she’s experienced over the past few months.
‘She pointed out that the picture on the left shows my initial lymphatic massage session with Flavia, while the one on the right is the latest.’
Afterward, the star revealed: ‘ I am putting in tremendous effort, exercising three times weekly, regularly using the sauna and doing cardio, reintroducing animal protein into my diet, employing a chef for meal preparation and monitoring my caloric intake, eliminating sugary drinks from Starbucks, full-fat sodas, and potato chips.’

Lizzo, formerly known as Melissa Jefferson, stated that she’s abstained from alcohol for a considerable period, but later chose to bring it back into her routine, explaining “I deserve it.
She detailed her physical exercises, stating, “I enjoy playing pickleball, going for hikes, walking along the beach, keeping active through various movements, dancing, and regularly drinking water.
Apart from sharing with her almost 12 million fans, she additionally penned, ‘I cleanse my body! Once a month! I also receive holistic body treatments like wood therapy and lymphatic massage. I am incredibly joyful and proud of my achievements, and nothing can diminish that from me.’
Following an open discussion about her health experiences, the artist who made “It’s About Time” hit the headlines recently, in a candid interview with Women’s Health magazine.
Within the issue, she revealed she’s adopted a high-protein, low-carb diet to help hit her goals.
Every morning, she kicks off her day by enjoying a standard breakfast consisting of two scrambled eggs, some chicken sausages, and a cauliflower-based fried potato patty.
At lunchtime, she opts for either a Thai-style chicken salad made from shredded meat or wraps filled with tuna or chicken breast slices instead.
Typically, he selects a meal of turkey loaf shaped like a meat dish, served with creamy cauliflower as a potato substitute and green beans on the side for dinner.



Lizzo recently appeared as a guest on Jay Shetty’s “On Purpose” podcast, during which she talked about her personal experience of letting go of excess weight.
In simpler terms, she acknowledged that she’s losing weight deliberately, saying, ‘I’ve been purposefully letting go of excess pounds.’
The artist mentioned, “I’ve shared it online and talked about it. Over the past year and a half, while I’ve been consistently posting, there have been subtle changes in my physical appearance – ones that might not have been noticed by many.
She expressed, “Throughout this experience, I’ve remained strongly against fatphobia. However, it’s essential to keep in mind that not everyone is always watching your actions, not everyone sees every video you share, and not everyone knows the struggles you face.
And Lizzo acknowledged, ‘I think [my weight loss] was shocking to a lot of people.’
