Victoria Beckham sends her ‘love’ to Mel B in gushing wedding tribute after it was revealed she will miss Scary Spice’s nuptials to Rory McPhee

Victoria Beckham posted a heartfelt wedding message for Melanie Brown, acknowledging that she won’t be present at Mel B’s upcoming wedding.

The fashion designer, who is 51 years old, won’t be able to attend Scary Spice’s wedding to her fiancé, Rory McPhee, at St. Paul’s Cathedral this coming Saturday, as she is currently overseas.

Alternatively, Victoria made it clear that Mel, who turned 50, remained close to her heart when she posted a touching homage on her Instagram Stories, mere hours before the special occasion.

At a recent event, Victoria Beckham (commonly known as Posh Spice) shared a stunning picture with Mel, both appearing elegant. She extended warm greetings to the newlywed couple.

She gushed in a caption: ‘Sending love to you @officialmelb! @rorymcphee is a very lucky man! xx’

Earlier this week, it was exclusively disclosed by The Daily Mail that neither Victoria nor Geri Halliwell will attend Mel B’s wedding ceremony.

It’s also speculated that another band member, possibly Emma Bunton or Melanie Chisholm, might not be attending as well.

Reports indicate that Victoria won’t be present due to prearranged commitments taking her overseas. One source elaborated: “Victoria has had these scheduled out-of-country engagements for some time, making it impossible for her to attend.

She truly enjoys Mel’s company, and despite their lives taking different turns, they connect wonderfully. It’s quite unfortunate.

‘There is no issue between them, they haven’t fallen out. It’s just one of those things.’

When it comes to Geri and Mel, our bond’s been rocky, often teetering on the edge of outright tension. At times, just being in the same space feels like walking on thin ice, with hostility lurking beneath the surface.

After Mel B disclosed a past intimate connection with Geri during an interview on Piers Morgan’s Life Stories, this revelation sparked a conflict between the two women.

In 2019, a shocking disclosure left Geri feeling extremely distressed, and it seems that Mel hasn’t offered an apology to this day.

Sources also said that Geri’s husband Christian Horner was ‘mortified’ about Mel’s claims.

neither Victoria nor Geri was present at Mel’s 50th birthday party in Leeds last May; instead, only Emma and Melanie C (Mel C) were there.

For the third time, Mel will make a marriage vow, having tied the knot with her first husband, Dutch backup dancer Jimmy Gulzar, back in 1998.

For her big day, Mel wore a Vegas showgirl-style feathered headdress with a white and gold dress.

In 2007, she secretly married Stephen Belafonte in Las Vegas. The next year, they held a vow renewal ceremony in Egypt.

In the year 2016, Mel and Stephen parted ways after she alleged that he had inflicted emotional and physical abuse upon her, a claim he has consistently refuted.

His lawyers said that during the marriage they spent her £50million fortune.

Mel grew close to Rory after the breakdown of her marriage to Stephen. 

In the previous year, she mentioned that he is a close family acquaintance and an exceptional hairstylist. Whenever she returned to England, he used to visit her for providing hair treatments.

As he gently tended to my hair, it seemed like he was also fostering my trust and faith in our bond.

Mel B marked her approaching wedding with a lively hen’s event bathed in the Tunisian sun. The gathering included leopard-pattern swimsuits, synchronized dancing, and a relaxing ‘Zen’ session.

Her daughter Phoenix, along with 35 others, participated in the celebrations, featuring an extravagant feast and dancing near the sea.

The hen party also included a leopard print themed night, as well as a belly dancing class.
