K Guide & Analysis
Overview
- Great Burst and first parts of Skill 1
- Severely held back by how the rest of her kit works.
- Halves magazine size more often than Privaty, but without the reload speed Privaty provides, it can be more frustrating to use.
- In spite of how much crit she can give herself from S1 even at low stacks, since she is so reliant on crit, she still wants crit buffers.
- Killer thighs, amirite?
Newbie/Incomplete Box Section
K operates as a Burst 3 Electric DPS character. She boosts her critical hit rate and deals substantial damage with her Skill 1 (S1) by utilizing the ‘last bullet’ mechanic. This mechanic increases the probability of her S1 crits. Fortunately, once she acquires any stacks of S1, K reduces her magazine size by half.
Unfortunately, Stacks from S1 disappear after the burst duration, regardless of who initiates the burst. However, K’s SMG reload speed is relatively slow, making it difficult for her to quickly build up her S1 stacks. As a result, teams often try to burst before K can stack her S1 even once or twice at best.
When she lacks the ability to accumulate sufficient critical hit rate and doesn’t have a self-generated source for hit rate to ensure accuracy, K may find it challenging to fully leverage her powerful burst damage against a distant boss, resulting in suboptimal DPS.

Normal Attack Information
K functions as a Double Shotgun Mechanical Gun, meaning she discharges two projectiles for every ammunition spent. Her firing speed remains consistent at 24 rounds per second, given that the fire rate adjustment is activated. Each of these projectiles equates to roughly the damage of one standard SMG bullet (approximately 9.1% combined).
Skill 1: Scale of Righteousness
■ Triggers upon emptying your ammo, affecting yourself.
The Critical Rate steadily increases by 0.75%, with a maximum stack of 100 times.
Currently, you have 29 stacks of the Critical Rate boost.
■ Activates when a critical hit is scored 4 times, impacting the target.
Inflicts an additional 23.9% of your total attack power as damage.
■ Triggers when Full Burst concludes, affecting yourself.
Clears any active Tilted Scale effect.
K’s S1 ability presents two significant benefits and a major drawback. Initially, each time she discharges her final bullet, she accumulates 30 levels (ranging from 1 to 29) of Tilted Scale. Each level enhances her critical hit rate by 0.75%, with the exception of the last level. This means that every activation except the last one increases her critical hit rate by approximately 22.5%. However, it’s important to note that this bonus stacks with her base critical hit rate of 15%.
Every time character K gets a critical hit (crit) four times consecutively, she triggers a lightning strike on the targeted enemy, dealing approximately 24% of her total attack power as damage. Since K carries two Submachine Guns (SMGs), each one firing off two pellets per shot and each pellet having the ability to crit individually, K can fire off 48 pellets per second when not in burst mode.
When engaging enemies at close or medium range, K has a good chance of hitting all pellets, leading to the lightning strike effect triggering up to 12 times per second at max critical rate. This results in a personal Damage Per Second (DPS) output of around 506% before accounting for any additional damage multipliers from critical hits, assuming K always crits. However, this is an impressive off-burst DPS, but there’s a catch:
Whenever K finishes her Full Burst, she loses all stacks of her Special Ability 1 (S1). This can significantly decrease her overall DPS, as she heavily depends on critical hits for a large portion of her general damage output. Losing all S1 stacks, regardless of whether she has used her burst or not, results in a substantial drop in DPS at the end of every burst phase.
The game’s current meta (metagame) prioritizes faster burst generation, which means K won’t have as much opportunity to stack up her S1 as desired. Trying to do so could negatively impact the entire team’s DPS. Consequently, despite K’s potential for high crit rate from S1, she still requires additional crit rate buffs to compensate for the consistent loss of critical hits.
Skill 2: Execution of Righteousness
Triggers upon acquiring Tilted Scale and influences all teammates.
Description: Diminishes maximum ammo capacity while augmenting attack power.
Effect 1: Maximum ammo capacity decreases by 51.13% for a duration of 10 seconds (additional effects of this nature cannot be combined).
Effect 2: Attack damage increases by 10.62% for a duration of 10 seconds.
Triggers upon the conclusion of Full Burst and affects all teammates.
Discontinues Fulfillment of Righteousness.
Every time character K amasses stacks on her ability S1 by firing her final bullet, she reduces the ammo capacity of all opponents for 10 seconds while also increasing their vulnerability to damage. This expedites the stacking of her S1 and since K can exhaust her magazine in less than 10 seconds whether it’s full or reduced, this results in a prolonged effect from her S2 ability.
In simpler terms, when it comes to the effects on a magazine’s capacity, the reduction caused by K’s S2 doesn’t add up with the reductions caused by Privaty’s S1 and Summer Anis’ burst. Instead, these two effects take priority over K’s S2, meaning their effects will be felt before K’s.

In simpler terms, while K’s magazine reduction offers a longer-lasting bonus for attack damage, Privatey’s offers a significant increase in reload speed, making rapid reloads of a reduced magazine more advantageous.
If you’re considering K as your final ability enhancer, it’s worth noting that she tends to be stronger than Privatey in terms of DPS. However, an additional method for increasing reload speed would be beneficial, as this could potentially limit K’s team effectiveness, particularly since her S2 is somewhat long-lasting.
When Full Burst mode deactivates the effect, it’s not an issue when it’s not her time to use Burst. However, because of how her Burst ability functions, it significantly impacts her performance during her Burst phase, forcing her to accumulate S1 with a fully loaded magazine. In situations where she isn’t Bursting, the increase in magazine size without replenishment doesn’t provide any ammo, so K remains semi-permanently at 60 rounds until she uses Burst again.
Burst: Means of Righteousness
Alters itself…
Switches to a new weapon:
– Damage: Approximately 92.5% of the final attack power.
– Pellets Count: 10.
– Attack speed: Decreases by 90%.
– Duration: Lasts for 10 seconds.
– Extra effects…
– Boosts the attack power by approximately 63.36% of the user’s attack power for 10 seconds.
– Enhances the damage dealt by 21.12% for 10 seconds.
K switches her twin Submachine Guns for twin Shotguns and enhances her offensive capabilities with beneficial buffs. Analogous to her twin Submachine Guns, the displayed damage pertains only to one of them, resulting in an effective damage output of 185% per shot from each Shotgun attack. Since the reduction in attack speed is contingent on her Submachine Gun firing rate, this adjustment accelerates her Shotgun fire rate to 2.4 shots per second, which is 60% quicker than a standard Shotgun’s 1.5 shots per second.
Here are two points to consider from this encounter: Although she wields a shotgun, similar to other weapon transformation abilities, she’s classified as an SMG (Submachine Gun) unit. Consequently, she can’t benefit from special perks that are exclusive to shotguns such as Tove’s increased attack speed or Leona’s additional pellets.
In the second point, it might be confusing since each shotgun damage depicted on the skill card represents a single shot, but surprisingly, the pellets indicated in the same card contribute to both shots. This implies that character K discharges considerably fewer pellets when using the shotgun compared to her standard SMG mode in bursts (24 per second for shotgun versus 48 per second for dual SMG).
As a fan, I’ve noticed that while the proc rate of Serena’s S1 has been halved, the sheer power of her shotgun more than compensates, offering an impressive damage per second of approximately 588% when crits are at their max. Unfortunately, due to how S1 functions, it’s challenging to reach maximum crit rate solely from her S1 abilities.
When she triggers her personal burst, she automatically gets a maximum ammunition of 999, even though she’ll only fire up to 24 rounds at most. As a result, she needs to start rebuilding her S1 from a completely full magazine again, unlike how she usually wouldn’t exceed 60 ammo outside the burst. This also ensures that her S2 ability will expire before the burst ends.
Campaign
In simpler terms, due to the way the “meta burst generation” works, character K might face difficulties fitting into the campaign team. If she tries to optimize her own damage, she could potentially hinder the team by postponing her burst to accumulate her skill 1 stacks.
Many allies typically find reducing the magazine size by half frustrating, but that’s not usually the case with Privaty’s, as they compensate by offering increased reload speed – a benefit particularly appreciated by those who don’t use a ‘last bullet’ mechanism.
As a devoted admirer, I must admit that she possesses an impressive Damage Per Second (DPS) capability which could theoretically compensate for certain drawbacks. However, in the heat of battle, she struggles to reach her full potential without a strategic team specifically designed to boost her critical hit rate. Despite her notable potential, it’s clear that she falls short without the necessary support.
Arena
She lacks any compensating factors as a dual Submachine Gun user, making it simple for enemies to exploit her burst damage potential.
Special Interception | Union Raid | Solo Raid
In an electric raid scenario, the character K is more likely to be utilized effectively when partnered with Summer Anis. This duo is beneficial because Summer Anis appreciates reducing the size of magazines and boosts the reload speed and attack power for electric allies during a burst, which aligns perfectly with K’s characteristics.
In practical terms, it’s more reasonable for Summer Anis to enhance other electric heroes that are self-reliant, while many characters might find K’s ammunition reduction frustrating.
For electric battles, there’s a wide variety of Damage Per Second (DPS) units available to select from. Given that no superior Critical Rate buffer for K may appear in future updates, it’s almost certain that she could be replaced as a potential DPS unit for electric raids.
Teams
Her top-performing squad at the moment. Regrettably, despite achieving high critical hit rates with minimal stacks of ability 1 (S1), given her complete dependence on critical hits, she requires a higher critical rate than the default one.
This team is designed to enhance the critical hit potential of character K, while the faster reload speeds from Maid Mast and Anchor effectively offset the reduced, semi-permanent magazine sizes that K imposes on all characters, in addition to compensating for K’s slower reload speed compared to an SMG.
If you’re intent on utilizing skill K, feel free to proceed. However, in most situations, Maid Mast, Anchor, and SBS are more beneficial for a 99% buff. As for Volume, it’s not currently performing optimally within the game’s metagame.
Special Note: Summer Anis
Summer Anis and K have complementary abilities. K permanently reduces the size of magazines, which means Summer Anis’ Skill 2 is activated more frequently in a prolonged fight, both on and off-burst, increasing her DPS. In return, K gets reload speed during mid-burst time to counteract her slow reload speed, as well as an attack boost. Although they work effectively together, K will require additional crit rate support from the rest of the team.
Strengths
- Great potential DPS
- Semi-permanent magazine halving works well for last bullet nikkes
- High crit rate
- Incredibly powerful weapons in her burst shotgun and dual SMGs proccing s1
Weaknesses
- S1 stacks being removed upon any burst time ending makes it hard to use her well.
- Since she’s not a true shotgun even mid-burst, she cannot make use of effects that would be so amazing on her, like Tove’s attack speed, and Leona’s pellets up.
- Way too reliant on crit rate for maximum DPS and not enough ways to get it in the current meta.
- Slow reload for an SMG, at 1.8s, compared to the standard 1s, making the tough task of stacking up her S1 even harder than it has to be.
- Her kit actively sabotages itself too much, curse you Shift Up!!!
