She described the experience as ‘therapy’ after also bungee jumping in Queenstown.
Additionally, it was disclosed that Tammy’s heart continues to feel pain since her separation from her husband Matt, as she takes time to heal in New Zealand.
Tammy and her kids – aged nine (Wolf), seven (Saskia), and three (Posy) – left Australia following the public announcement of their family’s split.
Over these past few days, I’ve been meticulously chronicling my journey through stunning New Zealand – a sanctuary that’s become even more captivating since my breakup with Matt. Every moment, every sight, every emotion, I’ve got it all down in my diary as an obsessed fan would.

Matt and Tammy are on the verge of a divorce, having been married for only seven months. Following their separation, the social media personality is taking some time away to heal in New Zealand’s South Island.
Tammy announced her shock split from Matt last month in an emotional video.
As a lifestyle connoisseur, I must share some personal news that has touched my heart deeply. Recently, my partner and I have decided to part ways after much contemplation. This choice wasn’t made impulsively but with a great deal of thoughtfulness and respect for each other. I wanted to inform you, my dear followers, as transparently as possible.
‘It’s with a heavy heart I share that Tammy and I have decided to separate,’ Matt began.
We’ve both found it challenging to decide on this matter, but ultimately, we must choose what seems best for ourselves and her three kids.
He emphasized that the decision wasn’t made casually; instead, it was one that held significant weight. The moments we shared will forever remain precious and indelible in our memories, he continued, expressing his gratitude to the fans for their unwavering backing.
Matt ended his heartfelt message expressing gratitude for everyone’s understanding and patience during this transitional phase, which he referred to as the separation process.
