Chelcee Grimes has split from her girlfriend after a year-long romance, TopMob can reveal.

33-year-old ex-footballer publicly revealed his relationship with executive producer Amelia Farhang in July last year. On her Instagram, Chelcee posted pictures of the redhead and wrote: “Not a secret, just private.

However, after spending a year together, the pair chose to part ways, leaving Chelcee, an accomplished songwriter who has worked with artists like Dua Lipa, Kesha, and Jess Glynne, currently in a single status.

Chelcee’s romantic involvement with Amelia marked her initial high-profile relationship following the public display of affection with TV host Christine McGuinness, 37, who was a close friend of hers.

After Christine’s 11-year marriage with BBC Radio 2 host Paddy, aged 55 and father to her three kids, came to an end, they developed a close relationship.

Regardless of the close bond they formed during ITV’s The Games, sources claim that Chelcee and Christine are no longer on friendly terms due to a heated argument about the dynamics of their relationship.

According to a source, Chelcee and Amelia’s romantic relationship ended, leading them to choose different paths.

It might appear to outsiders that their friendship didn’t conclude amicably since they no longer communicate and have stopped following each other on Instagram.

It seems that Amelia’s recent Instagram posts, filled with cryptic messages, hint at a less-than-ideal ending in her previous relationship.

Last July, Chelcee posted pictures showing her enjoying time with her partner Amelia. They were seen having a cozy roast dinner, sharing a sweet kiss in a grocery store, and wearing matching friendship bands as a symbol of their bond.

Towards the end of the current month, Chelcee posted another picture showing Amelia perfecting her lip liner during a lunch break, and in November, they embarked on a joint excursion to New York City.

Amelia and Chelcee frequently exchanged messages on Instagram, often with Amelia complimenting Chelcee as a ‘beautiful girl’ and expressing affection for her work by using love heart emojis.

Back in May, on Chelcee’s special day, I, a die-hard fan, couldn’t help but join the chorus of well-wishers expressing my adoration for this shining star. Yet, here we are, months later, and it seems like our mutual bond on Instagram, a beacon of our shared fandom, has faded away.

TopMob has approached Chelcee and Amelia for comment. 

Previously involved with Love Island alum Megan Barton Hanson, Chelcee found a closer bond with Christine after Christine parted ways with her spouse, Paddy.

In the vibrant world of 2022’s ITV series, The Games, our paths crossed. The ensuing year was a journey that drew us closer together. A memorable moment came when we shared a heartfelt kiss during a holiday escape to the sun-kissed shores of Ibiza.

At Winter Wonderland, Christine, who has three children with autism, was spotted along with Chelcee in a photograph that was posted on Snapchat, suggesting they shared a kiss.

In recent times, Chelcee and Christine have taken numerous vacations together, traveling to destinations such as Santorini, Croatia, and Greece for fun-filled getaways with their female companions.

According to sources, it’s been reported that Chelcee provided support for Christine during a challenging period in her life, which she referred to as one of her most difficult times, following her divorce from Paddy. This is based on what the glamour model herself has shared about the situation.

It appears that their long-standing camaraderie has allegedly come to an end. Notably, they have stopped following each other on Instagram. More recently, Christine was spotted participating in the upcoming season of Celebs Go Dating. She spent a fortnight filming for the show before deciding to step down.
