Caprice, 53, flashes her underwear in a dress inspired by her 90s heyday as she attends the National Film Awards after revealing the secret to her sexy lad’s mags looks

She’s still got the same physique that sent fans wild back in the 1990s.

In her 50s, Caprice demonstrated that she could still emulate the alluring styles that once made her popular in men’s magazines, as she graced the red carpet at the National Film Awards held in London on Wednesday.

As an over-the-moon admirer, I couldn’t help but notice the captivating spectacle at the dazzling gala. At 53, she turned heads by revealing a tantalizing glimpse of her undergarments in a provocative sheer white fringe dress, joining the star-studded crowd with an undeniable charm and allure.

Showcasing her stunning physique in a bold gown, Caprice captured hearts as she dramatically arrived, echoing an appearance reminiscent of 2001.

As a devoted admirer, I found myself among esteemed company, joining the likes of Strictly Come Dancing sensation Nadiya Bychkova, Jess Impiazzi, and the illustrious Anita Dobson, who once graced our screens as a Celebrity Big Brother star.

Recently, Caprice paid homage to her days in men’s magazines like Loaded, gracing the cover an impressive 250 times.

The model has disclosed that she’s achieved her stunning figure through hard work, confessing that she’s followed a rigorous diet and exercise routine for many years.

She admitted honestly that it’s all about self-discipline. I play tennis frequently and go for a run whenever possible. I make an effort to keep active on most days, whether it’s a lengthy walk or not.

She effectively achieves weight loss by avoiding carbohydrates, demonstrating her recent success in shedding 20 pounds without them.

Initially, the first month posed challenges, but now it feels as familiar as breathing. I’m feeling increasingly robust, sleeping soundly, and bursting with energy – it’s proven to be an incredibly transformative period for me.

The celebrity born in California has also jumped on the wellness trend, which is popularized by figures such as Gwyneth Paltrow, expressing her enthusiasm:

Just like you, I strongly advocate for holistic health. To kick-start my day, I blend a smoothie and consume an array of supplements. For me, wellness is an integral aspect of daily living.

As Caprice reminisces on old times with her latest bikini photoshoot, she’s also been actively involved in numerous other projects that have not only enriched her financially but also kept her occupied in the past few years.

At the age of 25, she earned her first million dollars. Following a shrewd real estate purchase in Surrey, she’s been expanding her property holdings concurrently with her thriving lingerie enterprise, which is reported to have amassed £24 million for her.

Initially, her ambition as a child was to act. However, when she found herself not being offered main parts, she chose instead to create her own films, thus founding her production company, JJLove Productions, in honor of her sons, Jett and Jax.

Year after year, she produces several films, and her upcoming production, titled “A Scottish Christmas Secret,” is set to premiere on Channel 5 towards the end of this year.

In addition, she’s left behind her time on reality TV shows, where she was featured not only on Celebrity Big Brother but also on Celebs On The Farm.

As a proud mom of two energetic 11-year-olds and a film producer partner named Ty Comfort, I’ve made the conscious decision to steer clear of reality TV for my boys. I firmly believe that such programming is not conducive to their growth and wellbeing, so I prefer to label it as ‘toxic TV’ and keep it out of our household.

She expressed gratitude for the opportunity she has been given and stated her intention to utilize it for beneficial purposes – to create a meaningful impact on people’s lives, she declared.

Previously, she confessed that she wouldn’t have mustered the bravery to begin filmmaking or venture into new businesses if it weren’t for the courage she developed from overcoming a brain tumor.

In 2017, Caprice was preparing for the winter sports reality series ‘The Jump’, but a scan brought a devastating revelation.

Later, she had a procedure where surgeons carefully detached a section of her skull to extract the tumor.

The star is now a proud patron for Brain Tumour Research.
