Tammy Hembrow is doing her best to rebuild her confidence as she faces a divorce. 

The 31-year-old fitness guru is currently residing in seclusion in New Zealand, following her separation from spouse Matt Zukowski.

On a Tuesday, Tammy rediscovered her rhythm, striking poses during a photoshoot on a hotel balcony in Queenstown.

Her stepbrother Max Thynne was behind the camera as the social media sensation worked her angles. 

In a somewhat see-through, delicate sky-blue gown hugging her silhouette tightly, Tammy adorned long sleeves and a high neckline reminiscent of a turtle’s shell.

As I basked in their radiant presence on set, I couldn’t help but notice the infectious joy emanating from her every move. Laughing heartily with her little brother during breaks, she seemed to wear a smile that could light up the whole room. And as the takes rolled by, her eyes gleamed with curiosity as she scrutinized each result, a true enthusiast immersed in her craft.

After Tammy disclosed that her heart is still hurting following her separation from her husband Matt, she is now healing in New Zealand.

Tammy escaped Australia together with her three kids – Wolf who was nine, Saskia at seven, and three-year-old Posy – following the revelation of their family being split up.

Previously on Tuesday, she posted a collection of photos showcasing her weight loss after the breakup, while residing at the picturesque Lake Hayes Cottages in Queenstown.

She expressed, “My stay at @qtcottages was simply stunning! Here I am, captured in front of the exclusive hot tub at my $995-a-night lakefront cottage,” she shared in her post.

‘Experiencing pure joy amidst breathtaking surroundings. There are poignant moments too, yet healing isn’t always straightforward. I am deeply thankful to be sharing this journey with my little ones.’

In the photographs, Tammy was captured holding a warm drink while standing beside a steaming hot tub, all set against the breathtaking scenery of New Zealand’s countryside.

Over the past week, Tammy has mostly been recording her experiences during her visit to New Zealand since her breakup with ex-Love Island celebrity Matt.

On Monday, she posted pictures from her vacation in Queenstown and disclosed that they plan to make it an annual family outing.

‘Something so cosy and comforting about this place,’ she wrote in her caption on Instagram.

‘I think we’re going to have to make this a yearly tradition. The start of something new.’

Matt, aged 29, and Tammy have decided to end their marriage, which lasted only seven months. Matt is now traveling to the South Island to take some time for himself following their separation.

Although she’s going through a tough time with her heartache, Tammy has been lovingly immersed in being a caring mother during their peaceful vacation with her kids.

On Saturday, she shared a collection of photos and videos capturing moments of fun with her three kids in Queenstown.

The family quartet was embracing the holiday cheer ahead of schedule, enjoying a playful Christmas celebration in midsummer instead.

Tammy captioned her lovely photos with, “Celebrating a bit of winter Christmas magic in July!

‘When I tell you my soul NEEDED thissss. Forever my favourite holiday.

‘A gentle nudge of comfort, love, the enchantment of tranquility, and the happiness found within simple instances. Our coziest inaugural night here in New Zealand with my dearest little ones!!’

Tammy announced her shock split from Matt last month in an emotional video.

Recently, my partner and I have decided to part ways, a choice that wasn’t made casually but with deep contemplation. In a heartfelt Instagram Story, I chose to share this news with our cherished fans, expressing the gravity of our decision.

‘It’s with a heavy heart I share that Tammy and I have decided to separate,’ Matt began.

We’ve both found it challenging to come to a decision, but ultimately, we must act in our best interests as well as consider the welfare of her three kids.

He emphasized that the decision wasn’t made hastily; instead, it was given careful thought. The moments shared will forever hold a special place in our hearts and memories, he continued, expressing gratitude to fans for their unwavering backing.

Regarding their brief union, both individuals are requesting privacy while they adapt to their lives following the split.

Matt concluded his heartfelt message by expressing gratitude for everyone’s understanding and patience as they work through their separation.
