Pia and Patrick Whitesell attend wild star-studded 50th in Mexico after Bezos-Sanchez wedding – and Lauren’s ex-husband couldn’t look happier with his stunning Aussie wife
Over the weekend, Patrick Whitesell and his spouse, Pia, were enjoying themselves in Mexico, while Lauren Sanchez, a former partner of Patrick’s, got married to Jeff Bezos in Italy.
In an extravagant wedding in Venice, Italy, the American reporter, aged 55, and the founder of Amazon, aged 61, exchanged vows surrounded by their high-profile associates, expressing their love for each other with the words “I do”.
However, it seemed as if Patrick and the Australian actress Pia, along with their famous companions, didn’t seem to worry about anything while enjoying themselves at their lively 50th birthday bash.
Previously known “Home and Away” actor shared a collection of images on Instagram, capturing moments from their night out amidst a glittering gathering of celebrities.
In one photo, Pia was all smiles as she posed for a photo alongside a friend at the event.

In the third snapshot, I found an intriguing trio – me along with the captivating Kita Alexander, the radiant Gabriella Brooks, and the charismatic Lauren Phillips, striking a pose together.
Pia and her affluent spouse seem content with their peaceful lifestyle, while Pia (or perhaps someone else named Pia) gets married to Jeff in a grand, three-day event held in Italy. The ceremony is quite extravagant.
Six years ago, news outlets reported on the scandal involving Lauren and Jeff, as their secret relationship was exposed, leading to the dissolution of both their previous relationships: Lauren with Patrick, and Jeff with MacKenzie Scott.
On a beautiful island called San Giorgio Maggiore, Jeff and Lauren got married in an extravagant ceremony on a Friday. They exchanged their promises in the presence of approximately 200 distinguished attendees.
Referred to as “the wedding of the century,” the Amazon founder and ex-journalist invited approximately 200 high-profile guests to Venice for an extravagant, three-day series of festivities.
The nuptials come two years after Jeff asked Lauren to marry him on his $500 million superyacht.
At their wedding, Jeff and Lauren were honored to have many well-known acquaintances attend, such as Gayle King, Oprah Winfrey, Ivanka Trump, Orlando Bloom, and Usher.

Additionally, some notable attendees included Leonardo DiCaprio, Sydney Sweeney, Tom Brady, the Kardashian-Jenner clan (Kim, Khloe, Kris, Kendall, and Kylie), among others.
At San Giorgio Maggiore island, the heartfelt event unfolded, with arriving guests greeted by the melodious sounds of trumpets, violins, and a soulful Gospel Choir.
The celebrations began a few days earlier, and it’s reported that this extended event had a price tag of around $20 million.
The wedding has become a social media sensation, not just due to its exclusive attendee roster, but also because of its lavish atmosphere. Attendees were transported across the Venetian lagoon on private watercraft, treated to Michelin-starred dishes and high-end fashion attire.
