“Compulsively watchable” star-studded Western with “exceptional central performances” is on TV tonight

Tonight, the highly acclaimed Western movie, “The Sisters Brothers,” often referred to as “impossible to look away from,” is airing on TV.

2018’s movie adaptation from Patrick deWitt’s 2011 novel shares its title, is titled “The Sisters Brothers.” In this Western-set film, Joaquin Phoenix and John C Reilly take on the roles of Charlie and Eli Sisters – a duo of infamous hitmen active in the United States during the 1850s.

Under a formidable repute, Charlie and Eli are enlisted by a well-off person to pursue an unconventional pairing, comprising Jake Gyllenhaal and Riz Ahmed, who have joined forces in pursuit of precious gold.
