Revealed: Kris Jenner and boyfriend Corey Gamble’s tense exchange at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s wedding

On Friday, Kris Jenner and her stylish partner Corey Gamble turned heads as they flaunted their chic attire at the lavish wedding of Amazon mogul Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez. The mother-of-six looked stunning in a sophisticated black-and-white gown.

However, even though she flashed a wide smile on her surprisingly youthful face in the video depicting her and Corey disembarking from the water taxi after the wedding, the 69-year-old matriarch of the Kardashian–Jenner family seemed to engage in a tense discussion with her partner.

Now, expert lip-reader Nicola Hickling discloses that Kris seemed rushed to return to her lodgings and declined the opportunity to share a water taxi with any other high-profile celebrities.

As she waited, she faced the cameras located across the canal and flashed a triumphant grin.

Corey patted the porter on his chest, indicating, “Kris prefers we travel independently.

However, it seemed that he hadn’t managed to swiftly address the issue and prompt their departure, which was not satisfactory according to the momager’s expectations.

Kris looked at Corey and asked sharply, “What’s up with you? Need to chat?

She continued: ‘I told you… for God’s sake… I’d like to travel alone.’

It appeared as though Corey made every effort to satisfy his long-term companion and exited the boat for a conversation with another individual, seemingly to verify that only he and Kris would embark together on their journey in the boat.

After comprehending the situation, it wasn’t long before the water taxi started moving towards its destination, having understood their plan.

Instead of closely associating with her famous daughters Kim, Khloé Kardashian, Kendall, and Kylie Jenner during their wedding, surprisingly, Kris chose to keep a distance.

Among them were Tom Brady, freshly single Orlando Bloom, Leonardo DiCaprio accompanied by his model girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti, Oprah Winfrey and her close companion Gayle King, Bill Gates with his partner, Usher, Tommy Hilfiger, Ellie Goulding, and Diane von Fürstenberg, just to name a few.

Bezos and Sánchez have been a couple since 2019, and it was disclosed that they had already tied the knot legally before their wedding took place.

Her elegant white wedding dress was featured on the cover of Vogue to celebrate the occasion. 

The photographer snapped a grinning image of the journalist, adorned in a gown boasting delicate floral lace on the sleeves and an embracing waistline that highlighted her silhouette, complete with a lofty collar.

The skirt, featuring both paisley and floral lace patterns, hugged her hips closely but expanded below the knee to a wider shape.

Behind her trailed a lengthy white train, while her diaphanous veil followed suit, forming an additional translucent backdrop.

Bezos and Sánchez got married in a lavish ceremony estimated to be around $20 million, which saw over 200 guests occupying the entire San Giorgio Maggiore island in Venice.

Immediately following their nuptials with Bezos, Sánchez posted a picture of themselves on Instagram, marking the occasion with the date of their wedding as the caption.

On Thursday, Bezos chose a relaxed, summer-style suit. However, for his wedding, he selected a timeless, black three-piece tuxedo instead.
