Taylor Swift grabs the spotlight with ‘Shake It Off’ at a Tight End University event
On Tuesday evening in Nashville, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce unexpectedly appeared at a venue together. This wasn’t the start of a joke, but rather a description of an event where Taylor gave an impromptu acoustic performance of “Shake It Off” during a concert associated with Travis’s Tight End University football camp.
Initially, it was reported by the New York Post on Wednesday that country artist Kane Brown, who attended the Tight Ends & Friends gathering at Brooklyn Bowl, playfully hinted at an extraordinarily unique guest by announcing a “very, very, very special personality,” implying the arrival of a megastar.

According to Hugh Grant, he had quite a bit too much to drink while taking tequila shots alongside Taylor Swift’s partner, Travis Kelce, during a summer event at Wembley Stadium.
In an alluring black minidress and stylish knee-high boots, I graced the stage without my trusty guitar. It seems a going-out clutch purse isn’t spacious enough for such a companion, at least not on this occasion. Fortunately, Chase Rice, the “Eyes on You” singer, generously lent me his guitar, as reported by E! News.
According to E!, Brown and Swift took turns singing the last choruses of the song. Swift informed the audience that she made the decision to collaborate with Kane just three minutes prior to the performance.
On stage, she remarked, “Just like Nashville musicians, tight ends share a common bond – friendship! Tonight, we’d like to dedicate this performance to our beloved players, the ones who will take center stage.” They certainly will shine brightly, as music and sports do intertwine.
Following the song, Swift retreated to the balcony with her partner, as an informant shared with People magazine. “They ascended the stairs,” where they conversed with TEU athletes and attendees, and remained close to each other the entire time, chatting and catching up with everyone. Beverages were consumed during this get-together.

Music
On a Friday announcement, the prominent pop star revealed that she has once again taken ownership over her initial six studio albums, which were acquired by Scooter Braun’s company six years ago when he purchased her previous record label.
Yearly gathering, known as Tight End University (TEU), is organized by NFL tight ends Travis Kelce from the Kansas City Chiefs, George Kittle of the San Francisco 49ers, and previously Greg Olsen from the Seattle Seahawks. Held at Vanderbilt University, this event brings together both current and former tight ends for a three-day period filled with camaraderie, collaboration, and mutual learning. Furthermore, TEU organizes events that raise funds for charity, as mentioned on its website.
After wrapping up Swift’s Eras Tour in Vancouver, British Columbia in early December, the singer has been attending NFL games such as the Kansas City Chiefs’ disappointing Super Bowl game in 2025. She has also been celebrating her acquisition of master recordings and going on multiple date nights with Kelce. To clarify, she has gone out on a date night several times, not just once.
Someone has to keep the fans focused, right?
