On Tuesday, Jamie Oliver celebrated his 25th wedding anniversary with his wife Jools by posting a collection of heartfelt throwback photos from their wedding day.

In a striking image, the esteemed chef, aged 50, exuded elegance while donning a smart blue blazer and coordinating trousers, complemented by a neat, soft pink shirt.

At fifty years old, Jools exuded elegance while adorning a white silk, strapless wedding gown, featuring an extended trail.

Apart from that, Jamie additionally posted a number of stunning pictures from their vow renewal event held in 2023, set amidst the opulence of the Soneva Fushi Resort in the Maldives.

On this special romantic event, Jamie chose once more to wear a blue tailored jacket and matching pants. This time, he paired it with a neat white dress shirt and a stylish floral brooch on the lapel.

Jools exuded elegance as she donned a wedding gown featuring an off-shoulder style, adorned with intricate ruffles, and boasting a high split that reached her thigh.

Today, alongside these pictures, Jamie wrote: “I’ve been married for 25 years to this extraordinary woman! @joolsoliver”

Jools and Jamie started going out together as teenagers, and got married in the chef’s hometown of Rickling, Essex, on June 24th, 2000.

In 2019, Jools mentioned they would be celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary next year. They plan to renew their vows, but with a twist – the event will take place outdoors and both parties will walk barefoot.

Reflecting on their wedding day, she reminisced: ‘For our first dance, we chose Dusty Springfield’s ‘I Only Want To Be With You’. However, Jamie isn’t fond of dancing, so I playfully whisked him off the floor. It was my moment to shine!’

Chef Jamie, who hails from Essex, reportedly has a net worth of around £300million.

Previously, he maintained that the disappointing closure of his Italian restaurant chain, affecting around 1,000 employees, was merely a temporary setback or minor inconvenience.

In May 2019, Jamie’s Italian restaurant chain was forced to close its doors due to a decline in profits and reduced customer traffic. This unfortunate event led to the shuttering of 22 locations and approximately 1,000 job losses.

Jamies’ dramatic collapse of his business conglomerate resulted in an Italian food company being indebted approximately £83 million.

Earlier, discussing the unfortunate closure of his favorite restaurant chain, the TV host commented: “Such things are inevitable, and I guess you could say it was just a small setback in my grand plan. A deeply hurtful one, indeed. Yet, I can confidently say that I have grown stronger from this experience.

Over the past 13 incredible years, we’ve amassed a wealth of knowledge. When I first began, I was just starting out in life, but now, with the passage of time, I find myself more mature and enlightened.

As an ardent admirer, I can say that when queried on the lessons gleaned from the shutdown of my beloved Italian restaurant chain, I responded affirmatively. Every setback I’ve encountered – roughly half of my endeavors – has been a valuable lesson. Yet, I’ve never felt more complete, more seasoned in my journey than now.

Currently, Jamie Oliver has made a comeback on the London dining circuit by opening his contemporary British eatery, “Jamie Oliver Catherine St,” located right in the bustling Covent Garden district, which debuted in November 2023.
