Malory Towers is welcoming two new additions to the cast for the new season 6.
As a passionate gamer, I’m always excited about new additions to my favorite shows. And guess what? The much-loved BBC period drama based on Enid Blyton’s book series has just expanded its cast. Ellie Goldstein and Ciara Prioux are now part of the ensemble, making the show even more captivating!
Goldstein is set to appear in her first acting role, portraying Nancy – a vibrant, fresh student at the school. She’ll be joining forces with an existing character for a dramatic entrance.
You can watch the first appearance of the actor as Nancy on BBC iPlayer starting from Monday, 30th of June. The episode will subsequently be aired on CBBC on the following day, which is Tuesday, 1st of July.
As a devoted admirer, I feel incredibly privileged to have contributed to the marvelous saga that is Malory Towers, as I shared in a recent declaration.

I can hardly contain my enthusiasm! I can’t wait to showcase the episodes I’ve been working on, and it’s an absolute joy to share this experience with everyone. Acting is truly my passion, and I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have collaborated with such a talented cast and crew.
In the upcoming production, actress Prioux takes on the role of Celeste, a fresh high school student from France. She enrolls at the school following the illness of her mother.
Anita Burgess, executive producer for BBC Children’s, praised the upcoming season of “Malory Towers” by stating it remains a beloved piece of our children’s programming, delivering classic tales that focus on friendship, perseverance, and excitement.
It’s delightful to witness the vibrancy that each new season brings, all the while maintaining the essence found in the cherished stories of Enid Blyton.

The story unfolds around the escapades of main character Ella Bright, portraying Darrell Rivers, set in a girls’ boarding school in England after World War II.
Goldstein’s character is accompanied by her guardian when they arrive at Malory Towers. Notably, their arrival brings back Kathleen, a figure once feared by the girls, who starred in ‘EastEnders’ as Ashley McGuire. In the past, she had significant roles in seasons 2, 3, and 4 of the series.

Nancy, who has Down’s syndrome, is passionate about history and demonstrates exceptional skills as a lacrosse goalie.
Previously, Goldstein made history by becoming the first model with Down’s syndrome to grace the cover of a Vogue magazine.
Malory Towers airs on CBBC and is available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
