Runs in the family! Sibling of famous actor unleashes while sightseeing with him on a family trip to Rome

Jacob Elordi’s sibling demonstrated that playful streak is familial, as she flipped off a paparazzo during the recent weekend.

During our recent family excursion to Italy, I had the delightful opportunity to explore the beautiful sights alongside a prominent figure in Hollywood, who’s 27 years old.

A young Isabella was seen unleashing on paparazzi as she flipped the bird at them.

Similarly, her brother Jacob did the exact same thing on the outing.

Jacob wore a large grin on his face as he paused behind a corner to flip photographers off.

As I, a dedicated follower, take a well-deserved break from the set of Ridley Scott’s upcoming movie, The Dog Stars, I was spotted in Saltburn, casually exploring the sights.

Instead of wearing a standard T-shirt, he teamed up his graffiti-themed one with mid-length denim shorts as he traversed through the city’s famous historical sites.

On his feet, he wore a pair of Maison Margiela sneakers, valued at a whopping $1,315.

As a die-hard admirer, I couldn’t help but notice the intriguing juxtaposition in his style. He sported an unkempt hairstyle that screamed casual confidence, yet he chose to keep a low profile with those mysterious black sun shades.

Meanwhile, Isabella dressed casually in a denim mini dress while perusing the streets of Rome.

She matched her breezy dress with green and blue Adidas shoes, ideal for exploring Rome on foot during the summer.

Recently, I found myself in the spotlight following my announcement that I would be stepping away from acting for a while, only to be approached by Emerald Fennell for the contentious part of Heathcliff in Wuthering Heights. Many supporters urged me to decline the offer, suggesting I should have “stepped aside” rather than accept it.

Actor from the series Euphoria has been cast as Heathcliff, opposite Margot Robbie, in Fennell’s forthcoming movie version of the story.

Previously announced casting for September had sparked controversy among critics, given that the enigmatic main character in Emily Bronte’s timeless novel is portrayed as having “dark skin” and “black eyes,” which are typically associated with Romani people or gypsies.

In the description, Heathcliff is referred to as a ‘small Indian sailor of the 19th century’, a term that has sparked debate among critics who argue that his character may not be racially diverse enough to fit the notion of being ambiguous.

In a recent chat with IndieWire, Jacob shared details on how he secured the initial role, which further fueled criticism.

‘I was really lucky,’ he said.

Instead of taking a brief pause, Emerald unexpectedly messaged me, and it’s impossible to ignore such a message.

He added to the publication: ‘I’m so, so excited for people to see it.’

Users on social media swiftly criticized Jacob for reversing his choice to go on a break, instead choosing to engage in the situation presented by Emerald’s message, prompting many to suggest that he should have declined the role and moved away from it instead.

Taking to X, formerly Twitter, one said: ‘He should’ve taken that break.’

Another wrote: ‘Except you can run from that text though. You should’ve ran…’

‘You can run from that text, and you almost certainly should have,’ a third said.

Echoing a similar sentiment, another quipped: ‘But you can decline.’

On Reddit, one user remarked: “Considering how unsuitable he is for the position, he might as well have ignored that message.

Nevertheless, some people find themselves perplexed by the criticism, arguing that Fennell’s adaptation presents a unique, distinct interpretation of the original book.

One person remarked, “Even though it will likely be an entirely new take on the book, does it really matter?

From the very beginning, there has always been a multitude of perspectives when it comes to understanding art. If it doesn’t resonate with you, feel free to move along.

In agreement, I wholeheartedly believe that Emerald will undoubtedly bring something extraordinary to the table. Her innovative mindset makes her uniquely suited for tasks that require a fresh, unconventional perspective. To this day, her work continues to challenge and provoke, much like the groundbreaking book she’s working on now.

Heathcliff, a multi-layered anti-hero who often struggles, is renowned in literature. Despite being open to interpretation regarding his racial identity in the original work, he has been portrayed by actors of Caucasian descent, such as Tom Hardy, Ralph Fiennes, and Laurence Olivier.

In Fennell’s upcoming film, Margot Robbie plays Catherine Earnshaw, or Cathy.

As a mother who welcomed my first child with my husband, Tom Ackerley, last year, I’ve recently resumed work on our joint project. Our production company, LuckyChap, is proudly taking charge of bringing this movie to life.

In addition, Margot’s casting has stirred up debate, with some claiming that she might be considered ‘too mature’ or ‘overage’ for the part, as the character from the novel is merely a teenager.

In the adaptation of the novel, the role of Edgar Linton, a wealthy aristocrat who marries Cathy, will be portrayed by the British Pakistani actor Shazad Latif, aged 36. Meanwhile, the character of Nelly Dean, the housekeeper, will be played by Hong Chau, an American actress born in Thailand and previously nominated for an Oscar.
