Shaughna Phillips shows off her bump on Love Island AfterSun as Maya Jama congratulates the former contestant on her pregnancy

On the Love Island AfterSun show on Sunday, Shaughna Phillips proudly displayed her baby bump, just a few hours following her pregnancy announcement.

The 31-year-old woman, once an island dweller and mother of a two-year-old named Lucia, gleamed with charm as she made a special appearance on the ITV2’s spinoff program.

To discuss her her happy news, the blonde beauty wore an elegant white wrap dress. 

Next to Demi Jones, Shaughna received hearty congratulations from host Maya Jama upon announcing that she’s having her second baby.

Walking over to the two guests, Maya said: ‘Hello, congratulations are in order, Shaughna!’

The host went on to say: “That’s incredible! Are we expecting baby number two?” To this, the stunning woman responded: “Two it is, and I’m swamped with work!” (Informal)

Earlier today on Sunday, Shaughna disclosed that she’s pregnant by sharing a video on Instagram where she took a pregnancy test and displayed her expanding belly.

She too posted an adorable video featuring her daughter Lucia, dressed in a shirt that read ‘Big Sis’ and ‘In My Big Sister Era’, as part of the revelation.

Shaughna didn’t disclose the identity of her baby’s father; instead, she expressed that she was expanding our family with extra love.

In April 2023, Shaughna gave birth to her daughter Lucia. Shortly afterward, Billy Webb, her longtime partner and father of the child, was found guilty of conspiring to sell over 4.5 kilograms of cocaine with a street value of at least £360,000 and received a sentence of nine years in prison after admitting his guilt.

In November, Shaughna disclosed that her daughter’s father had completed a 12-month prison term and was now free. Subsequently, they all celebrated Christmas by visiting a Santa’s grotto together.

The attractive woman with blonde hair has kept her followers informed during this challenging time and, in a previous episode of her podcast, “Oh, Baby” featuring Shaughna and Holly, she shared that she found it difficult to accept what happened.

She said: ‘It’s the most gut-wrenching position to be in.

To clarify upfront, feel free to form your own judgment about my response, but kindly refrain from sharing it with me. I believe that without experiencing the same situation, it may be challenging for others to fully understand or offer a fair assessment.

Prior to finding myself in this role as a parent, if someone had asked me whether I’d ever bring my child to a prison, my response would have been a resounding “never.” To anyone who does such a thing, I’d say they must be out of their mind.

Suddenly, here I am, now finding myself in this situation. It seems that we will forever remain joint parents.

I can confirm that my father and I shared an exceptional bond, unparalleled in my experience. To put it simply, he is the finest individual I have ever encountered.

1) I hope it doesn’t change Lucia’s perception of her father, as I would never interfere with his visits. He will always be able to see her.

Posting a heartwarming video on Instagram about his release, the reality TV personality disclosed that she and her companion had recently visited Santa with Lucia. She admitted that she hadn’t anticipated this day would ever arrive.

Last year, if someone had told me that me and Billy would be accompanying Lucia to meet Santa for Christmas, I likely wouldn’t have allowed myself to think it was possible. (She titled the clip)

The star also revealed to TopMob that she had struggled raising her daughter as a single mother. 

She said: ‘Having a newborn baby, hormones are all over the place and I was just struggling’

‘People who have raised children might agree: when they’re infants, they’re relatively simple since all they require is feeding. However, once they grow older and start talking and expressing their own will, it becomes incredibly tiring.’
