Kieran Trippier’s estranged wife Charlotte breaks her silence on split amid his rumoured romance with Chloe Ferry – as she’s supported by fellow ex WAG Billie Mucklow

In simpler terms, Kieran Trippier’s ex-spouse, Charlotte, has spoken up about their separation. She clarified that she was the one who initiated the divorce and expressed empathy towards others who have experienced similar situations.

This past week, after numerous rumors, the 34-year-old soccer player confirmed that they have been apart for a year, following his public outing with the single reality TV personality, Chloe Ferry, who is 29 years old.

On her Instagram account, Charlotte (age 36), mother of a son and two daughters with Kieran, calmed fans by saying she was ‘okay’. She received comforting words from fellow former WAG Billie Mucklow, who parted ways with Andy Carroll in September 2024.

Following expressions of goodwill from her followers, Charlotte, who married the footballer back in 2016, expressed: “I simply wanted to assure everyone that I’m doing well, though it’s clear I’m not yet prepared to discuss my current circumstances.

As a responsible parent with three growing kids, I’ll share my experiences when I feel ready and the moment seems appropriate. For now, I want to assure everyone that despite the challenges, it’s possible to navigate through this journey once you’ve made your choice.

She continued: ‘Don’t worry, you’ll make it. I can sense the radiance returning to me, and I believe the same will happen for you as well.’

On a Wednesday, Kieran posted a statement on Instagram, not long after reports surfaced that his wife, Charlotte (who married him in 2016), had been seeking advice from divorce attorneys.

He wrote: ‘I’ve always kept my personal matters to myself, but it seems the tabloids insist on spreading untrue stories.’

I’ve been keeping quiet about it, but I now need to make it official: Charlotte and I parted ways more than a year back. We prefer to keep our personal life under wraps, especially for the sake of our children.

It’s been rumored that they tried to conceal their separation from their children to avoid causing distress. Nevertheless, it’s been alleged that Charlotte now resides in a different property apart from Keiran.

Kieran was seen celebrating with Chloe from Geordie Shore, along with her friends like Jess Harding from Love Island, at the Ushuaia club on Ibiza.

From images captured by the Sun, it was observed that Kieran had his arm wrapped around Chloe, and they were reportedly quite affectionate towards one another.

As a lifestyle expert, I’d put it this way: “I recently learned that Chloe and her circle of friends had the pleasure of meeting Kieran and his group. We all shared an enjoyable night out together, partying and creating memories.

Kieran was quite affectionate, often wrapping an arm around her during their time at the club. Chloe, being freshly out of a relationship, was simply enjoying herself socially.

During the day, they all gathered together. Later on in the evening, it turned out that Chloe was with Kieran and their friends.

The recent accounts indicate that he spent evenings out with two fair-haired ladies on distinct occasions – one in Newcastle, followed by a rendezvous with Chloe in Ibiza.

Charlotte expressed gratitude to the anonymous individual who shared a video of her spouse exiting a Newcastle nightclub on May 11, accompanied by an unknown woman.

The mother of two wrote: ‘Love a girls’ girl. Thanks babe.’

Now she is pondering potential legal action over their union, the Sun reported. 

A source was quoted as saying: ‘Charlotte has taken legal advice over her marriage.

She’s found a new home, she’s now comfortable, ready for the next chapter, and prefers to handle things peacefully and responsibly. She seems to be in better spirits now that she’s apart from him.

That same source also described Kieran as ‘devastated’ by developments.

They added: ‘He has been desperately trying to get back with her but she’s over him.’

In the interim, Andy, a previous Liverpool striker aged 36, and Billi, also 37, who was once featured on TOWIE, had been a couple for 11 years. However, they confirmed their separation last September, having quietly parted ways earlier in the year.

2022 saw a potential cancellation of Andy’s marriage to Billi as photos emerged of him unconscious in bed with two other women during his bachelor party in Dubai, where he had been drinking excessively.

After their separation, it’s been weeks and Andy and renowned hairstylist Lou Teasdale, aged 42, have disclosed their past relationship. Now, sources claim that Andy is planning to marry her.

Andy and Lou have been enjoying their vacation in Ibiza, posting numerous affectionate photos from their trip online.

However, it’s said that the strained relationship between former partners Andy and Billi is expected to escalate due to his upcoming vacation with his new love interest in a sunny location.

As reported by The Sun, Billi’s closest friends are displeased and angry over the behavior of her ex during the times he shares custody with their children at home.

According to a source, there’s widespread opinion that Andy appears to be rather boorish and is potentially damaging his reputation by sharing numerous provocative photos with Lou, whom he seems to have started dating swiftly following his separation from the mother of his children.

Meanwhile, as Billi is busy taking care of not just their kids, but also his children from his past relationship with Faye Johnstone, who is currently enjoying himself on the party island and sharing photos that seem to shout “we’re having a great time together,” he is away posting online.

A heavy blow to the heart, Billie, so kind and fond of children, experiences it as if unheard. She cherishes taking care of and safeguarding these little ones above all else, treating their welfare like a circus act she must perform flawlessly.

Andy shares custody with Billi of their collective three kids – Arlo, Wolf, and Marvel Mae, while also helping to raise his previous relationships’ children, Emilie Rose, aged 15, and Lucas, aged 14.
