Made In Chelsea star Jessica Woodley reveals she’s pregnant with her first child in sweet post after admitting she’s still battling ‘trauma’ from her reality TV stint

The reality television personality Jessica Woodley from Made In Chelsea has shared that she is expecting her first baby, breaking the news through a delightful Instagram post on a Sunday.

Previously known television star, aged 30, recently posted a picture showing her expanding belly, indicating that she and her partner Mark Logan are soon to become parents within a few weeks’ time.

As a lifestyle enthusiast looking back on my journey, I stepped into the world of Made In Chelsea in 2015, where I developed a romantic connection with Jamie Laing. However, after an exciting yet fulfilling run, I decided to move on from the show in 2017, ready for new adventures.

In my latest post, I’ve captured a moment from my recent adventure in the breathtaking Wicklow Mountains of Ireland – a snapshot of my growing bump. This journey has brought me to a profound realization, one I express through these words: ‘To motherhood, thank you for selecting me, my dear little one.’

It’s a privilege to nurture you. You are deeply cherished. Now, you serve as my spiritual guide. Both your dad and I eagerly welcome you with open hearts. Thank you for bestowing upon us your grace.

After departing from Made In Chelsea, Jessica has been following her love for art and crafting furniture, often posting pictures of her work on Instagram.

In 2020, the star hit out at reality TV, branding it ‘dangerous’ in a now-deleted Instagram post.

Jess expressed that stepping into the world of reality TV has turned out to be a deep regret for her, and she urges others to refrain from watching such shows because they often harm people’s lives and mental well-being in the pursuit of entertainment.

Hey there, fellow traveler on this digital journey! It’s been quite a while since our paths crossed on that popular reality TV show. Now, let me share a heartfelt thought from my end. The allure and glamour of mainstream reality TV can be deceptively captivating, but I’ve come to realize its true nature is far more treacherous than it seems.

Reflecting on the impact it had on me, it seemed as though I had chosen a path at a tender age that, over time, has felt akin to having my identity stolen.

Navigating back home has turned out to be more time-consuming than anticipated. I hadn’t foreseen the consequences of my decision, yet now I find myself grappling with a difficult situation that feels like a significant challenge for me.

I acknowledge we all make mistakes in our lives, and it seems I may have made one now. If you follow me because of an interest in reality TV shows, then perhaps this account isn’t for you. Feel free to unfollow if that’s the case.

Let’s unite and put an end to reality TV shows. I firmly believe that, given the loss of lives connected to them, this issue requires immediate attention and respect. I strongly urge you to refrain from watching or supporting such programming for the sake of our collective conscience.

I’ve been reflecting deeply on this: Large corporations, in pursuit of amusement, appear to be gradually eroding the lives and mental wellbeing of individuals. Let’s take a moment to truly consider this, as life, with its priceless beauty, is something we should cherish.

‘Be the change.’

From 2015 to 2017, I was prominently featured on the hit show Made In Chelsea, where I found myself at the heart of an intricate love triangle involving Alex Mytton, a well-known charmer on the series, and his girlfriend, Nicola Hughes.

Since bowing out of the E4 series, Jess has been focusing on her fashion career.

Jess announced that she won’t be part of the upcoming season, a role which initially brought her into the limelight.

I’ve greatly enjoyed it, and it provided me with the foundation I’d long sought, but now I’m dedicating myself to growing my fashion business.

‘The door’s always open, but I’m taking this time to focus on myself.’

Later, Stephanie Pratt, a cast member from The Hills, elaborated on her choice to leave the show, stating, “I believe that the show ‘Made in Chelsea’ didn’t bring happiness to Jess.

It was particularly challenging for her when the show aired months afterward, as she was someone who harbored both anger and remorse intensely.

‘She just wasn’t happy on the show.’
