Once Human brings new Custom Servers, with its Global Annual Version 2.0 showcase happening on July 2

As an enthusiastic gamer, I’m thrilled to share that I’ll soon be able to create my own servers for the spine-tingling survival game, “Once Human,” developed by NetEase Games. In addition to this exciting news about custom servers, they’ve also teased us with a preview of their Global Annual Version 2.0 showcase scheduled for July 2, 2025. This event promises to offer a tantalizing glimpse into the game’s future developments!

Create your worlds with the new Custom Servers in Once Human

After Human successfully debuts its Custom Servers, these will serve as an autonomous, officially endorsed gaming environment where you can tailor your own game experience, much like the Grand Theft Auto Role-Playing (GTA RP) servers. These servers cater to a range of activities, from relaxed creative pursuits to intense survival challenges, providing numerous ways to play.

Here are the possible changes you can make to your custom servers:

• Comprehensive Parameter Customization: You can change weather, day-night cycles, XP rates, building speed, and more fundamental aspects to fit your playstyle.
• Flexible Scenario Selection: The game also allows you to toggle official scenarios, including the PvE and PvP content. You can also look forward to Mod support and exclusive custom scenarios, coming in the future.
• Friend Collaboration System: You can use unique invitation codes to invite your friends or even open up your servers to everyone.
• Dedicated Server Management Panel: If you create a server, you’ll get GM privileges and administrative tools to manage players and settings.
• Secure Infrastructure: Moreover, the Custom Server Data is stored separately from official servers for long-term security and reliability.

How to access the new Custom Servers in Once Human

Through the specially designed in-game purchasing platform, you have the freedom to establish your own Custom Server. Here, you’ll find options for acquiring Custom Server subscriptions, with prices adjusting according to the number of players and the length of the subscription period.

You have two options to connect with one of these custom servers. Either you get an invite code from a friend, or you can simply access an open server where anyone can participate.
