The movie is set to depart from Netflix this coming Sunday, specifically on the 6th of July. Nonetheless, it’s important to note that the same movie is available on Amazon Prime Video currently, and as of now, there are no indications that it will be taken off their platform.
The movie was broadcasted on BBC Two as well, all the way back in April. However, you could only watch it on BBC iPlayer for a short period, roughly a few weeks.
During the Cold War, former spy George Smiley (Oldman) is called back to work to find out who the Soviet spy within our intelligence agency is. This involves untangling a complex web of secrets, code names, spies working for both sides, and lies.
It’s clear that the movie isn’t Oldman’s first venture into the spy genre; he’s been playing roles in Apple TV+’s “Slow Horses” since 2022.
The fifth season of the show featuring Jackson Lamb and his band of less-than-ordinary spies is approaching, as the streaming platform has officially announced their return to our TVs in late September, with new episodes being released every week.
You can stream “Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy” on Netflix until Sunday, 6th of July. Additionally, if you’re a Prime Video subscriber, you can also watch it.
The debut printed issue of Digital Spy’s magazine, “British Comedy Legends,” is available now! Grab a copy from your local newsagent or purchase it online for only £3.99.
