eFootball 2025 Italy ’25 Pack Review

In the game eFootball 2025, publisher KONAMI has been distributing a special type of card called Double Booster Manager cards. One of these cards will be the Italy ’25. If you want to secure this card, do so quickly as the pack featuring it will no longer be available next week.

eFootball 2025 Italy ’25 Pack: Manager and Players explained

Manager: Luciano Spalletti

  • Version: National Team Pack Italy ’25
  • ProficiencyLong Ball Counter (89 Rated)
  • Affinity: Star Players+
  • Booster Type: Double Booster – Defensive Awareness and Stamina

I’m not entirely convinced about your decision to recruit him at the moment, given that he was dismissed from his national team. However, as a manager, he appears competent. His preferred playstyle, “Long Ball Counter,” is quite popular among fans right now. Given his defensive approach, it seems like he would lean more toward defensive tactics, which might appeal to our defensive-minded boosters.

Gianluigi Donnarumma

  • Position: GK
  • Playstyle: Offensive Goalkeeper

As a gamer, I’ve found that this updated Donnarumma version solidifies his status as a top-tier, clutch performer. With my towering stature and extended reach, I fit perfectly in the role of an Offensive Goalkeeper. I excel at swiftly sweeping the field and swiftly closing down attackers, making me a formidable force on the defense.

His quick reflexes and impressive aerial skills are useful, yet at times it seems he responds slightly tardily to low-lying shots. Nevertheless, I consider him an excellent goalkeeper overall.

Riccardo Calafiori

  • Position: CB
  • Playstyle: Build Up

Calafiori has been earning a lot of love from fans lately, and KONAMI acknowledges this with the sturdy “Build Up” version. He’s excellent with the ball, showcasing the composed, “passing-oriented” style that contemporary central defenders excel in. Furthermore, his defensive statistics are impressive, alleviating any concerns about his ability to defend effectively.

His slow pace may not work well with various strategies, but when playing with a deep defense or paired with a quicker center back, he performs exceptionally. His heading ability is something to consider, as it’s only moderately good at 188 cm and 75 in the autobuild rating – average compared to other players.

Sandro Tonali

  • Position: DMF
  • Playstyle: Box to Box

Tonali’s card combines his defensive skills with the right touch of style. It’s ideal for players seeking a versatile midfielder who can apply pressure, pass accurately, and still regain possession effectively. He fits seamlessly into a “double pivot” formation, offering defensive contributions as well as during transitions.

His long-range passing skills are outstanding, and he enjoys advancing the ball. I prefer him playing as a Central Midfielder (CMF) to maximize his playstyle and bring those passing statistics near perfection. In my opinion, this is the top card from the pack.

Federico Dimarco

  • Position: LMF
  • Playstyle: Cross Specialist

Dimarco’s card seems designed for players who appreciate wide attacking play. His ability to deliver accurate crosses is impressive, even in its standard form. This version encourages and rewards strategic overlapping runs and early crosses.

Although he’s typically categorized as a “wide midfielder,” he can step up to play as a left back (LB) or left-sided defensive midfielder (LWB) when required. He’s got excellent ball control and technical skills, but you shouldn’t rely on him for high-flying or physical confrontations.

While he’s mainly a wide midfielder, he can also play as a left back or left-sided defensive midfielder when necessary. He has good ball control and skills, but don’t count on him in situations that require jumping or physical strength.

Alessandro Buongiorno

  • Position: CB
  • Playstyle: Destroyer

This individual might not be the quickest, but he’s truly an exceptional card to have. I personally own his Season MVP card, and he plays like a powerhouse. He is a formidable physical defender, often overpowering attacking players, making him ideal for physical plays. If you endow him with speed above 80, and pair him with a faster Build Up Central Defender, you’ll find him highly effective.

Destiny Udogie

  • Position: LB
  • Playstyle: Offensive Fullback

This card, titled “Offensive Fullback,” may initially seem aggressive in its role, but it also excels defensively. It boasts decent speed, which can be adjusted to enhance passing accuracy, and serves as a viable substitute for a Left Back. However, it might lack certain skills that some players might find less appealing.

Overview for the rest of the cards:

  • Giovanni Di Lorenzo (RB/Offensive Wingback): Di Lorenzo returns as a durable and high-energy wingback. He is solid in defending and brings decent crossing to the table.
  • Lorenzo Pellegrini (AMF/Hole Player): A versatile midfield card, has good stats in dribbling and passing, but the pace and stamina are a letdown.

  • Giacomo Raspadori (CF/Deep-Lying Forward): Agile and technical striker, can drop deep and link play well. Not a physical presence, but offers decent finishing in the final third.
  • Lorenzo Lucca (CF/Target Man): Giant forward with excellent aerial ability. Ideal for direct play or crossing setups.
  • Moise Kean (CF/Goal Poacher): Pure finisher, thrives on quick movements and getting behind the defense. Physical and fast, but not the best finisher option.

Is the Italy ’25 Pack in eFootball 2025 worth purchasing

The Italy Pack appears decent on the surface, but it’s not really an attractive option unless you’re deeply passionate about football or a collector. KONAMI seems to be eagerly moving this one along, which suggests something. Although there are some quality individual cards within, there’s nothing groundbreaking that you can’t find elsewhere or wait a bit longer to acquire.

This pack from KONAMI seems like a hurried release to fill some space, considering it’ll probably vanish quickly. Since superior and more influential national team packs are expected soon, many players might find it wise to save their coins and bypass this particular one.
