Red Bull Home Ground 2025 lands in NYC with stacked T1, FNATIC, and G2 lineup

Could Team T1 retain their title as champions, or will a new VALORANT esports team emerge victorious at the Red Bull Home Ground World Finals 2025?

The Red Bull Home Ground tournament, featuring the exciting game VALORANT, is coming back to New York City this autumn. This competition involves teams playing in a five-against-five (5 vs 5) format, with defending champions T1 set to protect their title.

Red Bull Home Ground 2025 enters New York City

Following a series of intense competitions throughout the year, only the leading VALORANT esports teams will qualify for the World Finals 2025 event. This grand tournament takes place at the Manhattan Center in New York City from November 13 to November 16. Interestingly, this is the first time that the Red Bull Home Ground World Finals will be held in the United States.

In years past, competitive esports events were held in Germany, Japan, and the UK. The series began in 2021 with G2 Esports and Team Liquid emerging victorious. In 2022, 100 Thieves defeated Cloud9 in a convincing 3-0 matchup. This was followed by FNATIC’s win in 2023 and T1’s triumph in the year 2024.

Red Bull Home Ground 2025 teams

As per Red Bull Gaming’s announcement, the five teams that have been directly invited to this year’s series are T1, FNATIC, G2 Esports, Sentinels, and ZETA DIVISION. However, there are three more slots on the main stage that will be filled by teams who earn their spots. These include two teams who successfully qualify through the Play-In Stage and one team that secures a direct qualification spot.

In the upcoming Red Bull Home Ground 2025 event, it has been announced that three teams will qualify: Two from the Preliminary Round and another team directly advancing from the Main Stage.

Is it possible that Team T1 will retain their title, or could another VALORANT esports squad claim victory at the Red Bull Home event? The answer lies in the passage of time.
