Brad Pitt risks awkward run-in with ex Angelina Jolie amid loved-up PR tour with Ines de Ramon

Over the past week, I’ve found myself potentially encountering my former wife, Angelina Jolie, under somewhat awkward circumstances. Both of us have been quite active in Manhattan recently, yet our post-divorce interactions haven’t exactly been filled with warmth and camaraderie.

On a Monday, the 61-year-old film actor and his girlfriend, Inés-Olivia de Ramon (who he’s been with since 2022), appeared deeply affectionate at the global debut of his latest movie, F1, right in the bustling center of Times Square.

According to a source, he cherished her presence beside him. She’s free from drama, extremely supportive, and they’re thriving together.

Last Friday evening, I found myself on a double date in the vibrant Flatiron district of New York City. The special occasion saw me dining alongside Brad, a distinguished individual, and Anita Ko Jewelry’s Vice President, who is just turning 32. Accompanying Brad was his young, charismatic girlfriend, Gigi Hadid. We all gathered at the renowned Michelin-starred Korean steakhouse, Cote, for an exceptional culinary experience that I won’t soon forget.

On Tuesday, as reported by Page Six Radio, Jessel Taank from The Real Housewives of New York City revealed an incident at a restaurant where she was dining. When the group, which included Bradley’s mother Gloria Campano, stood up to depart, Pitt received a hearty applause from the patrons, according to Taank.

Today, it’s been reported that Maria, a well-known actress who’s 50 years old, was seen independently buying groceries at Fairway Market located on 74th Street in the Upper West Side, according to a source speaking to Page Six.

Angelina, who runs Atelier Jolie in the NoHo district, is said to have owned a condo at The Ansonia since 1997. She mentioned to the New York Times last March that one of her sons (either Maddox or Pax) occasionally stays there as an emergency place to stay.

On July 12, the former couple once called ‘Brangelina’, whose divorce was finalized on December 25, will mark the 17th birthday of their last minor children, fraternal twins Vivienne and Knox.

It seems that five out of Brad and Angelina’s six kids seem to have distanced themselves from him, including their daughters Zahara (aged 20), Shiloh (aged 19), and Vivienne, who have chosen to remove the last name “Pitt” from their own names in public.

Reports claim that Pitt had a confrontation with his eldest son Maddox (then 23) and Pax (then 21), during a flight on a private jet back in 2016. The younger son, Pax, publicly criticized Pitt as a ‘monumental jerk’ and ‘horrible human being’, according to a passionate Instagram post that was later shared by the Daily Mail.

The two-time Oscar winner has since joined an all-male AA group in LA.

I’ve been absolutely hooked on the unfolding saga between Brad and Angelina, as they embark on their fourth year of a bitter legal battle over our beloved Château Miraval, nestled in the heart of Correns, France – the very place where they tied the knot. This magnificent 1,200-acre vineyard, valued at an estimated $164M, has been a source of contention between them.

In 2011, Pitt and an Oscar-winning actress jointly bought a 35-room mansion for $28.4M, but in 2021, he filed a lawsuit against her because she sold her share of the property to the Stoli Group without his consent, which led to a counterclaim.

At first, Angelina was willing to resolve the matter, but it’s said that she found problem with the compulsory confidentiality clause and decided not to proceed.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, who played spouses in the 2004 film Mr. & Mrs. Smith, were only officially married between 2014 and 2016. However, their encounter on set is famously known for causing Brad Pitt’s divorce from Jennifer Aniston in 2005.

In the high-stakes sports film “F1,” directed by Joseph Kosinski and budgeted at $200 million, Brad assumes both the roles of producer and on-screen character Sonny Hayes, a racer-for-hire. The movie will premiere in UK cinemas on June 25, with its US release following two days later on June 27.

Right now, the movie about racing is being praised by critics with a high score of 87%, based on 67 reviews, according to Rotten Tomatoes.

F1 also features Damson Idris, Kerry Condon, Tobias Menzies, and Javier Bardem.

Recently, Pitt opted to bald his head to embody the character of a secluded former Navy SEAL in David Ayer’s intense action-thriller titled Heart of the Beast. This film also stars J.K. Simmons and Anna Lambe and was filmed in the breathtaking landscapes of New Zealand.

In a natural and easy-to-read manner, The person who founded Plan B Entertainment was responsible for producing Amy Berg’s rock documentary titled “It’s Never Over, Jeff Buckley”. This film will be distributed by Magnolia Pictures in US cinemas starting August 8.

Brad also recently produced Bono: Stories of Surrender, Adolescence, Mickey 17, and 3 Body Problem.

In February, Angelina completed her portrayal of the American filmmaker Maxine Walker on the Paris set of Alice Winocour’s fashion-themed movie “Couture,” which was being produced by Pathé.

Previously, Jolie appeared as both an interviewee and collaborator in the ecological documentary series titled “Bee: Wild,” produced by Rebecca and Josh Tickell. The series had its premiere on June 5 at SXSW London.

As a diehard admirer of this Tony-winning wonder, I can’t help but eagerly await any news about the US or UK release date for her latest directorial venture, the critically-panned “Without Blood.” It made its debut in Italian cinemas on April 10, courtesy of Fremantle. Here’s hoping we get to witness this masterpiece soon!

Eventually, Angelina Jolie will once again take on the character of the Mistress of Evil for Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures in their third installment of the Maleficent series, written by Linda Woolverton.
