Tarek El Moussa 911 call REVEALED moments after violent casino brawl that led to battery citation

A six-minute-long 911 call, placed shortly following an intense altercation between Tarek El Moussa at a casino in Las Vegas, has now been acquired by DailyMail.com.

In a tense audio recording, a security guard (male) is overheard informing the relevant officials about an incident, where there was a physical fight that involved the well-known HGTV personality, who is 43 years old.

In response to being queried about the incident, the security officer elaborated that a gentleman had been physically attacked while playing games at The Palazzo within The Venetian hotel, resulting in injuries to his facial area.

He pointed out that a fight, involving two men, had recently taken place, and one of the men declared his intention to file a complaint.

The security guard suggested that it appeared as if both men might have been intoxicated by alcohol, based on the dispatcher’s inquiries.

The security officer, on the other hand, expressed his doubt that either of the individuals were under the influence of drugs or were carrying any weapons.

During the phone conversation, the guard never explicitly mentioned Tarek’s name. However, he did clarify that none of the individuals implicated in the incident were currently being detained.

‘We are just talking to them, at the moment,’ the security guard told the dispatcher.

On June 5th, it’s alleged that the man, who is a father of three and married to Heather Rae El Moussa, had a physical altercation at the Palazzo within the Venetian hotel.

Tarek was cited for battery for the incident but was not arrested over it. 

Tarek’s wife Heather was present at the time, but had no involvement in the violence.

In Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s case report, Tarek was identified as the suspect. 

Back in 1973, I was a fellow born into this world, and on one fateful day, I found myself engaged in the thrilling dance of chance at a lively roulette table. Suddenly, out of nowhere, a mysterious stranger barged into my game, his demeanor menacing as he advanced toward me aggressively, delivering an unexpected blow that left me shaken. I quickly reported this to the authorities, hoping justice would be served for this unprovoked attack.

In his report, the officer mentioned that the victim couldn’t specify where or how often he was struck, yet it was clear that he made an effort to protect himself.

As an over-the-moon admirer, I found myself in a situation where an officer was required to inform me of my rights, Miranda-style. Yet, with unwavering determination, I exercised my right to remain silent and requested legal representation before any further conversation ensued.

As per the report, the altercation started when it is claimed that Tarek’s accuser inadvertently knocked over Tarek’s father’s seat at a roulette table located within The Palazzo.

Reportedly, Tarek’s father appeared to be annoyed by the incident, as he is said to have swiveled in his chair to confront the individual.

Following his father walking away, it is claimed that the individual discreetly touched Tarek on the right shoulder and said something that appeared to provoke Tarek, who happened to be sitting close to his father, into becoming part of the situation.

As a lifestyle connoisseur, I found myself abruptly rising from my chair and advancing towards an individual. I subtly nudged him backwards, positioning us both in a readied posture, poised for what seemed to be an impending altercation.

In this rephrased version, the focus is on the actions taken by the speaker (Tarek) and a more elegant description of the ensuing situation without losing the essence of the original statement.

According to the police report, it is claimed that Tarek’s opponent tried to knock him over by aiming for his legs.

The report mentioned that the affected individual displayed purplish and reddish bruises below their right eye, as well as a small gash approximately half an inch long on the bridge of their nose.

This is not the first time that Tarek has been involved in a legal matter. 

In the year 2016, he is well-known for having entered the forest while carrying a firearm, following a heated argument with his then-spouse, Christina Hall.

The incident culminated in the termination of his seven-year union, as it entailed him carrying a gun on the Chino Hills State Park Main Ridge Trail.

Following Hall’s call to 911, reporting that her then-spouse had taken a firearm and left the house, the authorities arrived in response to a distress signal about a potentially suicidal man brandishing a weapon.

Last year, I penned a book titled “Flip Your Life: Uncovering Opportunity in Adversity – in Real Estate, Business, and Life. In it, I recount an incident where, following a disagreement with my partner Hall, I found solace by stepping into our backyard in Yorba Linda and leaping over the fence.

As a die-hard fan, I can’t help but feel the thrill of sharing Tarek’s recent adventures. Though it seemed like he was escaping a perilous situation according to some, he maintains that his excursion was merely an excuse to break a sweat and explore the trails near their new property, following his recent acquisition of some sleek mountain bikes.

Given that the trail harbors potentially harmful animals, the television personality stated he carried a .38-caliber pistol for safety reasons, likening it to a precautionary measure.

Tarek, freshly holding his California concealed-carry permit, was taken aback when he spotted a police officer from a helicopter aiming what appeared to be a rifle at him.

In his memoir, he remembered how dust billowed about me due to the whirling blades overhead, and an announcer squawked over a speaker, ‘Keep your hands up high!’ A multitude of officers in all-terrain vehicles approached rapidly.

Tarek, then, remembers the office shouting his first name. 

Indeed, I am that fellow from television! What seems to be the problem here?” he called out, causing them to drop their weapons.

For several hours afterwards, he remained seated on a cooler in his driveway, handcuffed. This marked our final moments as a family, as Christina descended the driveway in tears while I sat there, handcuffed and questioning the bizarre events unfolding: What on earth is happening?

In recounting the tumultuous events following our separation, I can’t sugarcoat it – it was an unrelenting inferno of physical and emotional turmoil that drove me to seek solace on my boat and drown my sorrows in alcohol until I knew no more.

He mentioned that he too experienced symptoms of stopping his testosterone treatment, which later led him to seek help at a rehabilitation center.

On Today’s Joe Fryer, he emphatically asserted that he had no intention whatsoever of ending his life that particular day.

In much the same way as described in his memoir, he expressed that he carried a firearm for self-protection against dangerous animals such as mountain lions, bobcats, venomous snakes like rattlesnakes, and other large wildlife found in those wild areas.

He shared with People that everyone seemed to have lost faith in him – the magazines, the media platforms, the broadcasting networks, none of them thought he was worth believing in.

Stepping away from the limelight, he resided in a transitional home, harboring the dream of reconnecting with Hall and restoring their family bond.

Following her confirmation that she was now with Ant Anstead, whom she started seeing towards the end of 2017, he expressed that the emotional turmoil he felt could not be fully captured by the word “devastated”. In simpler terms, he found it hard to express the depth of his sorrow.

In 2018, Hall and Anstead got married, and in March of 2019, they revealed that they would be welcoming a baby boy into their family.

By 2020, however, just two years after their wedding, they revealed they had split. 

 Meanwhile Tarek and Heather began dating after meeting on the Fourth of July in 2019. 

In 2023, they welcomed their first child together, a son, named Tristan, now two.

In 2022, Hall married Austin-based realtor Joshua Hall. They split in July 2024.

Seven years after his divorce from Hall, El Moussa said he holds ‘nothing against Christina.’ 

As a lifestyle guide, I empathize with his situation. He’s been through some challenging times due to his health issues and the impact of hormonal changes on his mental well-being. In an exclusive conversation with People, he opened up about these experiences, sharing insights he’s never revealed before.

El Moussa expresses that he and Hall maintain a friendly, cooperative parenting arrangement, with open and effective communication between them.

‘We really focus on the kids,’ he said. 

Apart from expressing his enthusiasm, Tarek mentioned that since encountering Heather, he hasn’t felt the need to look elsewhere, and he’s incredibly content and thrilled with the family he has now.

He gushed meeting his wife was his ‘breakthrough moment.’ 

This year, HGTV aired the home renovation series The Flip Off, featuring Tarek, Heather, and Christina – demonstrating that they have moved beyond any previous problems.
