The popular TV show “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” starring Kaitlin Olson, has been renewed for another season following its popularity in the UK. The crime drama titled “High Potential” is seeing a comeback.
In the year 2024, I found myself immersed in an engaging ABC crime series created by none other than Drew Goddard. Titled “LAPD’s Cleaning Lady,” it stars the talented Olson as Morgan Gillory, a unique character who works as a cleaner for the Los Angeles Police Department.
With a high IQ and an unorthodox way of thinking, a resourceful woman who is a single mother of three finds herself consulting for the Major Crimes unit.
As per The Daily Telegraph, this critically acclaimed series is characterized by a cozy crime feel infused with a playful, mischievous flair. It gained popularity in the UK earlier this year after it was debuted on Disney+.
Discussing the “super-sleuth” character with Deadline, Olson shared her plans for delving deeper into various aspects in season two, which currently lacks a confirmed air date.

Speaking about her aspirations for the upcoming season, Olson expressed that she’d like her character to stumble. She emphasized that it’s less engaging to continually witness a character succeed without any setbacks; otherwise, it becomes monotonous.
Speaking as a devoted fan, I can’t help but express my fascination with the storylines involving the children. It would truly captivate me to delve deeper into Elliot, played by Matthew Lamb, and his extraordinary gifts. His struggles are intriguing, and I believe there’s an abundance of depth yet unexplored in this area. While we’ve hinted at it through his school friendships in the last season, I feel there’s so much more to uncover in this aspect.
As stated by Olson, the second installment is expected to delve into Ava’s (played by Amirah J), the on-screen daughter, and her flourishing social life. It could be that Ava experiences a fantastic, envious lifestyle, and this sparkles envy in Morgan and Elliot.

Regarding Season 2, Olson expressed a desire to delve deeper into the character of Ava’s missing father, Roman, whose disappearance occurred 15 years prior to the series’ timeline.
She mentioned: “I aim for an exciting, theatrical mix with plenty of comedic elements, as well as delving into character connections. I believe it’s crucial to further develop the other personalities on the program.
We didn’t get a chance to delve into it as deeply as I believe necessary, but rest assured, we will certainly explore it further.
High Potential streams on Disney+.
