During the court hearing on September 9th, Judge Josh Freeman Stinn approved a mutually agreed-upon contract. According to this agreement, Ioan will pay $3,000 each month as temporary child support and an additional $1,500 per month as temporary spousal support. This arrangement is set to be revisited during another hearing on February 13th, where a more permanent support plan may be established.

Ioan intended to summon Bianca as a witness for the February court case, so she could testify about his ex-wife’s persistent violation of a three-year domestic violence restraining order (DVRO), which they obtained in August 2022 following a series of harassing and abusive messages, emails, and social media posts.

John asserts that Alice repeatedly acted in a hurtful and slanderous manner towards him, with the intention of intimidating, harassing him, and his partner Bianca Wallace. Furthermore, he suggests that her actions were designed to estrange their two children from him.

In the latest development, Ioan stands his ground against Evans’ financial requests, arguing that he has already shelled out approximately $400,000 over what was agreed upon in their pre-wedding contract as alimony. In March 2021, John initiated a divorce proceeding, following closely after Alice’s public announcement on social networks that her partner of 14 years had left her and their two girls.

In February of this year, Alice disclosed that she is being forced out of her Los Angeles residence due to not being able to meet her rental payments.

The actress posted on Instagram, expressing that she and her daughters are unable to find any affordable housing within the city due to their current financial struggles during her contentious legal dispute with her former husband, Ioan.
