Celebrity psychic John Edward reveals how abortion confession led to him NEVER doing readings live on air

As a devoted admirer, I’m eagerly anticipating my upcoming journey to Australia, where renowned psychic John Edward will be hosting an exciting lineup of his acclaimed live medium events over the next few weeks.

However, the enigmatic American mystic failed to impress the stars of The Project after he declined to conduct a live psychic reading during their Sunday night broadcast.

Host Sam Taunton inquired, “Do you sense any feelings coming from those at the desk presently?

At this point, neither now nor then, Edward conceded. To which Waleed Aly quipped, “Indeed, I could have said the same!

The ridicule caused the talk show’s hosts to burst into laughter, making embarrassed Edward need to clarify his decision against performing live readings on TV.

He explained that if he, as the host of a show, were to come across private information while reading, since the broadcast is live and such matters are usually not meant for public discussion, he would decline to share it.

I once encountered a challenging situation, back on the radio several years past. At that time, I was tasked with reading for a traditional, religiously conservative radio program host.

He mentioned that he has a strong reputation in the marketplace, and his followers are well-informed about him. I responded with an affirmative nod.

He was proving to be quite challenging. During the commercial break, I asked if his viewers were aware that he had chosen not to have a fifth child and ended the pregnancy instead?

He responded, “I’d need to fib if my mother-in-law tuned in to the broadcast, as I was about to say.” I inquired, “What would you have responded had I made that statement on air?

John recently has issued a strong message to his non-believers.

In an interview with The Daily Telegraph, the individual stated that he welcomes doubts about his skills, a debate that has been ongoing for many years. However, this openness to question is contingent upon others being prepared to keep an open mind.

He stated that in our current era on Earth, it’s essential to hone and address people’s critical thinking abilities due to advancements in AI or social media use. Therefore, he emphasized the importance of questioning, “hang on a minute, I’m not certain about this, let me check for verification.

‘So I welcome it [scepticism] – it’s important – as long as we can have a conversation about it.

However, if someone tries to overstep their bounds just a tad, I find it necessary to assert myself and respond with something along the lines of: “Whoa there – you can’t dictate who I am, as you don’t truly understand me.

Born in New York, he added that he eagerly anticipates his upcoming trip back to Australia. He’s consistently been captivated by the country’s vibrant spirit.

He commended the country’s robust spirit of camaraderie, noting that Australians consistently make him feel at home whenever he comes to visit.

In 2001, Edward gained notoriety through his groundbreaking show, Crossing Over, where he asserted communication with the departed family members of the audience.

Many people have rejected his claimed psychic powers, arguing instead that the reality TV personality might be using cold reading techniques.

Since 1995, he’s been in a marital bond with Sandra McGee, and together they are proud parents of two wonderful kids – their son, Justin, and their daughter, Olivia.

In the year 2017, Edward shared with news.com.au that he didn’t intend to become famous; instead, fame came about due to his psychic talents.

‘I never woke up and decided, ‘I’m going to be a world famous medium’,’ John said.

‘And I never wanted to be on TV, it was an opportunity that came as a byproduct of my work.’
