Katie Price, 47, shows off her surgically-enhanced assets as she goes TOPLESS during Ibiza getaway after having filler added to her bum

On Saturday, Katie Price displayed her enhanced figure following a surgical procedure, choosing to go without a top while in Ibiza, after receiving additional filler for her derriere.

As a lifestyle advisor, I’ve had my fair share of experiences with cosmetic surgeries, given that I’ve gone through several such procedures throughout my life.

This year, Katie has primarily concentrated on enhancing her rear end, having previously undergone at least 16 breast surgeries, three nose jobs, and two facelifts.

Following a consultation with a surgeon in January regarding a butt augmentation, this mother of five has undergone additional filler treatments on at least two more instances; her most recent appointment took place this week.

And during her latest holiday, Katie stripped down to a pink bikini to show off her new bottom.

At first, she wore a set of shorts similar to those worn by Barbie, but later removed them, revealing a significantly smaller body shape that has raised concerns among her followers in recent times.

With her hair tied back in a ponytail, Katie exuded heat in the photos where she was showcasing a particularly voluptuous look while basking in the sun by the swimming pool.

Later on, the fashion model moved without a bra, revealing not much mystery as she strolled near the pool while pulling an inflatable along with her.

It’s apparent that Katie was sporting a bandage on her lower back area, as she recently underwent a filler injection.

This year, Katie has undergone three separate procedures on her rear end that she has had done specifically.

In January, she paid a visit to Lift Aesthetics, expressing her desire for a fresh look in the New Year, as she was troubled by her noticeable cellulite.

A few short months passed, and Katie chose to reveal her now fuller derriere in modest lingerie once more following another enhancement procedure.

However, even with all her hard work, Katie’s extremely slender physique has ignited significant worry among her followers over the past few months.

This past weekend, the mother of five made an appearance at a Pride celebration in Portsmouth, attracting hundreds who came to see her confidently perform on stage.

However, once she donned a revealing black leotard, her fans began expressing worries about Katie’s rapid weight loss.

The 47-year-old addressed her new look in a recent video on Snapchat. 

‘Yes I’ve lost weight,’ she said. ‘That’s what I’ve wanted to do. I’ve wanted to lose weight. 

Over the last three to four years, I suffered an injury that left me unable to walk, necessitating the use of a wheelchair for about ten months. They had warned me that I might never walk again, so carrying around additional weight was certainly challenging during that time.

After going through all the In Vitro Fertilization procedures, I indeed gained some weight. Frankly, I disliked it, as I felt uneasy and it didn’t feel like myself.

Katie, known for acknowledging her struggle with body dysmorphia, is rumored to have invested more than £130,000 in cosmetic surgeries throughout her life. The model states that she has no intentions of reducing these procedures.

Despite the fans’ initial enthusiasm, they found themselves urging Katie to reconsider her decision, as she appeared in a CBD oil advertisement recently.

In the video, Katie exalted the benefits of brand SupremeCBD, telling fans it ‘really does work’.

Additionally, along with the video, she mentioned: ‘Truthfully, you’ll all be grateful for my suggestion. Feel free to share your experiences in the comments if you give it a try!’

However, instead of focusing on the oil issue, many fans appeared more anxious about Katie’s appearance, as her face seemed unnaturally tight.

Previously, Katie labeled herself as “unattractive” and “off-putting” while reviewing videos of her undergoing cosmetic surgery in Turkey last month.

In January, a woman with five children traveled overseas to make some adjustments to her sixth facial surgery that cost £10,000, which she will share in a future YouTube video.

‘I look so unattractive there – that was before I had my procedure.’

She acknowledged that not every member of the nursing staff is always fluent in English, yet she shared her enthusiasm during the anticipation as she looks forward to undergoing anesthesia.

Looking back at her physical self before the surgery, she commented that she was extremely thin and bony, and was astonished by the size of her breasts. She also mentioned her intention for further surgeries to enhance those features in the time to come.

Looking at herself as she signed the consent form, she admitted, “I’m merely signing without reading; I just want to proceed with the surgery.” She further commented, “Unfortunately, I find myself looking quite artificial and unattractive.

Katie, who was having a small lift performed on her nose, admitted that she chose to disregard the doctor’s cautions regarding possible scarring, as she was simply excited and ready for the procedure.

After undergoing the tweaks to her facelift and nose, the surgery wasn’t finished for Katie.

She intended to have her ears reshaped to complement her fresh, tightened face, but due to a drop in her blood pressure during the operation, the doctors suggested waiting until the next day for the procedure, using only local anesthesia instead.

As she underwent the treatment, she emphasized, “I felt no pain whatsoever!” She also wondered aloud, “So, am I finished now?

As Katie watched herself on the video, she commented: “I find myself quite pleased with my appearance, and it encourages me to aim for even more.

‘It’s so bad why am I watching this? I still think there’s room now to pull more [skin]’.
