Tanya Bardsley reveals surgeon pulled out 20-year-old ‘cement’ filler during her face lift: ‘I started looking like a bulldog’
In a recent cosmetic operation, Tanya Bardsley disclosed that her surgeon removed a 20-year-old substance resembling cement from her body.
44-year-old reality TV personality, once a cast member on Real Housewives of Cheshire, has never shied away from discussing her cosmetic procedures. She strongly advocates that celebrities should be forthright about any alterations they may have undergone.
After observing that her jowls seemed to sag during her perimenopause phase, Tanya had originally intended to undergo a complete facelift last year; however, her surgeon suggested otherwise, recommending just minor modifications instead.
Previously, Tanya received facial injections with a type of substance, unbeknownst to her that this material remained inactive in the specific locations where it was administered.

She added: “It occurred to me that I was tired of feeling this way, and I couldn’t manage it, but I could take action with my diet. I had heard wonderful things about Mr. Rao – I opted for a mini-facelift instead.
Instead, her surgeon ‘reattached muscles to their original position,’ providing Tanya with natural-looking cheekbones that eliminated the requirement for fillers.
She mentioned that ‘He was using a 20-year-old filling material, removing it, which was astounding. It felt like starting anew – you can’t keep adding filler forever. Mr Rao is simply extraordinary, as he created preliminary videos and handled everything with precision. I had been contemplating my decision for about a year because I tend to act impulsively. Now I have to remind myself to wait another year.’
Tanya mentioned that Mr. Rao from Pall Mall Medical explained to her that the previous filler felt as hard as concrete.
She additionally shared insights into the impact of perimenopause, revealing it influences you not just physically but emotionally too, as your skin may alter and various aspects seem to sag, including your character or demeanor.
Although her face briefly rose, she acknowledged that it significantly improved her spirits as well.

At the same time, Gabriella, who is 23 years old, had a consultation at Pall Mall Medical regarding a breast lift, but in the end, she chose not to proceed with the procedure.



Tanya shared that the surgeon persuaded her against the procedure, as he clarified that her desired outcomes would not be possible without noticeable scarring.
The television host strongly encourages women to collaborate in making wise decisions regarding their physical wellbeing, and she is committed to openness when discussing her personal cosmetic surgeries.
Her primary motivation for this action is her desire to prevent girls from feeling the need to measure themselves against someone who has undergone cosmetic enhancements.
