Big Brother star worth $25million claims she was ‘ignored’ by staff at upmarket hotel because her kids ‘go barefoot and don’t brush their hair’
Previously known Big Brother celebrity criticized the luxury hotel Crown Sydney, claiming they were overlooked due to perceived lack of high-end status.
On a Wednesday, Krystal Hipwell (formerly known as Forscutt), a property mogul with an approximate net worth of $25 million, revealed insights from her visit to an exclusive establishment that’s previously played host to stars such as Matt Damon, Drake, and Taylor Swift.
Krystal shared a picture of her family – her husband Neil and one of their children – having fun in the Crown pool. She mentioned that despite offering services to other guests, the staff failed to assist them with their luggage or provide any help, which she found surprising.
Krystal mentioned on Instagram that we usually don’t spend money on things like this, but I made a promise to my children for a night out at Crown Sydney.
Upon our arrival, it felt as though the staff barely acknowledged us. The baggage handlers, who had been assisting others, seemed to overlook us entirely. It was almost as if everyone around was puzzled by our presence.

Krystal posted another photo showing her embracing her software-developer spouse at Crown Sydney’s swimming pool, both adorned in bathrobes, and she accompanied it with a description of her personal encounter.
It seems our situation might be connected because we rarely present ourselves as high-end individuals, seldom wearing designer attire or maintaining a well-groomed appearance almost all the time.
‘Our kids rarely wear shoes or brush their hair. But they are happy,’ she continued.
‘They don’t yet understand comparisons or that feeling of being inferior or less than.
‘What a valuable blessing it is! May they always be spared from experiencing such feelings, and may they never base their judgments on people’s appearances.’
The property expert failed to reveal the cost of their stay at Crown Sydney, with rates for two adults and three kids beginning at $699 per night.
In her concluding statement during the slam, Krystal, the proprietor of Bunker Escapes – a unique boutique building firm – expressed her sentiments with the label ‘Here’s to not conforming to the masses’.
In my latest post, I couldn’t resist sharing a snapshot of our tropical paradise moment. There I was, clinking glasses with my better half over an intriguing drink, while he soaked up the sun in our pool. It’s all about creating and cherishing those special memories!

Daily Mail Australia has approached Crown Sydney for comment.
Besides managing real estate, Krystal is also a mother to her three kids, Sunny (aged 10), Nakoda (aged 6), and Huska (aged 5).
In addition to being a property mogul, Krystal is the mom of three children – Sunny who is 10 years old, 6-year-old Nakoda, and 5-year-old Huska.
It comes after Krystal and her husband grow their already formidable real estate empire.
Together with her real estate entrepreneur spouse Neil, Krystal manages Bunker Escapes – a thriving company specializing in constructing luxurious residences. The duo proudly owns a real estate portfolio valued at approximately $25 million.
Krystal and Neil recently purchased a rural block on the outskirts of Bryon Bay.
The 4093 square meter piece of land situated in the quaint town of Ewingsdale cost the couple approximately $1.1 million, as reported by the Daily Telegraph.
Previously, the real estate belonged to Cornell Holdings, an investment firm situated in Byron Bay, which was co-owned by actress Delvene Delaney and her late spouse John ‘Strop’ Cornell.
Following their recent acquisition and construction of a substantial plot in Byron Bay, where they’ve established two high-end, multi-million dollar homes, these properties are now open for reservation.

1) The accommodation named “Banks at Byron” sits at the forefront of the property and can comfortably accommodate as many as 18 guests. The price for a two-night stay is set at $6,000.
Simultaneously, Bunker Byron is situated at the rear end of the property and accommodates up to 14 visitors. A three-night stay typically costs approximately $8,000.
Luxury coastal properties, whether combined for large groups or kept separate, offer guests an opulent view of Byron Bay’s stunning shoreline.
Krystal and her husband Neil aren’t newcomers to large-scale home renovations; they’ve already tackled a significant project before, namely the creation of Bunker House in Gerrigong, NSW, which was completed in 2021.
Originally, I turned a million-dollar plot into my dream residence, a grand multi-story manor. Today, it serves as an opulent rental property, welcoming up to sixteen fortunate guests.
A minimum three-night stay in this swanky abode costs around $3,500 per night.
Apart from their existing property, Krystal and Neil additionally possess a vacation-like lodging situated near the Perisher Valley ski village, specifically at Crackenback in the New South Wales Alps.
Constructed in 2021 by the duo, this structure affectionately named ‘Jimmy Doo’ is capable of hosting 22 grown-ups and 8 kids.
The luxe ski lodge costs around $8,000 for a minimum three-night stay.
In 2006, Krystal gained widespread recognition after appearing on Big Brother alongside her mother Karen. Remarkably, Karen gave birth to Krystal at the age of 16.
In the course of their stay at the house, Karen got evicted during the third week, whereas Krystal finished in sixth position.
