On Monday, the individual who is 48 years old is depicted in an image while kneeling on a mattress, encompassed by approximately a dozen high-end shopping bags, some of which contain items from luxury brands such as Chanel, Alaïa, and Bottega Veneta.
As a die-hard fan, I can’t help but revel in the captivating scene where Dina, adorned merely by a G-string, delves into her bag to unveil a fresh acquisition and slip it on.
On her Instagram, Dina titled a revealing photo with the phrase “Shopaholic 2”, indicating her love for shopping.
She also shared the same photo in black and white to her stories.

Last week, the Darling Point apartment previously owned by Dina Broadhurst and ex-Max Shepherd was auctioned off.
The former couple have been trying to sell since last November.
According to reports by journalist Lucy Manly, the couple – together since 2018, with a 15-year difference in age – successfully sold their refurbished three-bedroom property prior to its auction on Thursday.
The property was reportedly purchased at a price close to its estimated $8.4 million value, as per David Malouf, the director of Highland Double Bay, who oversaw the seven-month marketing effort.
In the realm of luxury real estate, I recently faced a situation where a property I was managing, priced at $11.5 million, didn’t seem to find a suitable buyer back in January. Consequently, I made the decision to withdraw the listing, as I found myself reconsidering my initial choice to part with this particular unit.
The apartment, labeled as having “spacious dimensions similar to a house,” had its showing date adjusted for a more accurate representation. Eventually, it managed to find a purchaser, though the individual’s name remains concealed.
In 2022, Dina and her partner bought the waterfront house jointly for $5.2 million. Later on, she transformed this property into an exquisite home-studio through some extensive renovations.
In an exclusive conversation with Daily Mail Australia in January, Dina explained that she withdrew the listing as she wasn’t certain about letting go of the property.
She mentioned that the property has been taken off the market for a while since she’s contemplating keeping it for her personal use.
Over the summer, I’m trying out living here on a temporary basis. I haven’t decided yet whether I’ll continue this arrangement or purchase a place abroad next year instead.
She mentioned that the property has attracted significant attention, and a quick decision is upcoming about whether we’ll move forward with the sale or not.
Dina successfully bought the freshly renovated property from the market a mere two months after it had been put up for sale, and a whole month ahead of its scheduled auction date.
At the time there insiders were predicting that the $11.5million price tag could fall.
Over the past couple of years, I’ve embarked on an extensive transformation journey with one of my properties. This project required a thorough overhaul of its inner spaces, which was meticulously documented by the Wentworth Courier in November.
Dina demonstrated the key features of the garden apartments in a video she posted on Instagram, since it was put up for sale.
Located a mere 3kms from the CBD, the property features stunning views of nearby Double Bay.
Notable features encompass generous living areas, high ceilings, and an intelligently designed open layout that leads to a personal outdoor garden.
There’s also a gourmet marble kitchen, oak floors and vintage Murano wall lights.
Other highlights include a sunken wine wall, entertainment area, cocktail bar and a gas fireplace.
