Creature capturing became significantly more intriguing with the unveiling of Aniimo, an all-new, free-to-play open world action RPG, at the Xbox Games Showcase on June 8th, 2025. This exciting new game is scheduled to be released in 2026 and will be playable on Xbox Series X|S, PC, and mobile devices.

Under the banner of Kingsglory, a label owned by FunPlus and crafted by Pawprint Studio, Aniimo offers a new journey brimming with mystical beings, discovery, and an intriguing gameplay aspect known as Twining.

Among the many Anima you might encounter are Emberpup, Budclaw, and Otti. Before diving into gameplay, take a moment to remember these fascinating creatures.

However, it’s the unique Twinning mechanic that sets this game apart. Instead of simply fighting beside your Aniimo companion, you’ll fuse with them! This feature offers a fresh perspective, unlocks distinct abilities, and alters the way you engage with the game world.
