Persona 4 Revival revealed at Xbox Games Showcase

Following several teasing indications, ATLUS and SEGA unveiled the remake of Persona 4, called Persona 4 Revival, during the Xbox Games Showcase in June 2025.
Persona 4 Revival
During the closing moments of the program, a trailer for the upcoming remake of Persona 4 was shown, providing only a brief glimpse of its confirmation.
In our exploration of Inaba, we caught brief views of several locations: the bridge, shrine, a classroom, and a street. These scenes were enhanced by the game’s distinctive television-like style. Additionally, we saw a quick sequence of the main character wandering across an expansive outdoor environment within the game.
At the end, we got the official title reveal for Persona 4 Revival.
A statement from P-STUDIO director Kazuhisa Wada was posted across official ATLUS social media.
Wada mentioned that Persona 4 has produced numerous spin-offs over the years, making it a cherished title within Atlus. He shared that they are developing this project with an innovative twist, appealing to both newcomers and longtime fans. They’re excited to reveal this project to everyone.
As for any speculations about Persona 6, there’s some exciting news! Wada shared insights on future installments. He stated, “Our team at the studio is diligently preparing for the advancement of the Persona series.” He continued, “We aim to fulfill the expectations of global fans and our work is progressing smoothly.
In the meantime before the new installment of the main series arrives, fans of Persona can pass the time by playing Persona 3: Re-run or the forthcoming remake of Persona 4, respectively.
Persona 4 Revival release date
The trailer didn’t provide any information about when Persona 4 Revival will be launched, but it did disclose where you can find the game: Xbox Series X|S, PC through the Windows Store and Steam, as well as PlayStation 5. Additionally, it’s been confirmed that the game will also be accessible on Xbox Game Pass.
