Love Island star Anna McEvoy shares first photo of newborn son after giving birth: ‘He’s here’
Anna McEvoy’s newborn son has made his Instagram debut.
On Sunday, the Love Island celebrity, aged 33, shared a heartwarming picture of their newborn son on social media following the announcement of his birth.
In the short clip, Anna’s newborn is wearing a grey and white onesie while sleeping.
‘He is here, our greatest love ♥️ #babyboy,’ she captioned the sweet post.

The couple both shared a simple clip that revealed they were now proud parents to a baby boy.
‘Baby Staples and Anna are happy and healthy,’ the simple post read.
‘We adore our little man. He is our everything.’
The couple decided not to reveal yet the name of their newly-born child, nor did they share any pictures of it.
On Thursday, Anna posted an adorable video, disclosing that she was scheduled for a C-section delivery for her son.
In a black sports bra, Anna and Michael’s faces lit up with joy as they embraced tightly, highlighting Anna’s growing baby belly, which radiated loveliness.
She then held her hand up to the camera and the scene then cut to the pair wearing hospital scrubs.
Text on the clip revealed that their son arrived on the same day.
‘We are meeting our son in 30 minutes,’ the caption read. ‘Who is he going to look like?’
The post generated a lot of eagerness among friends and fans, and Tammy Hembrow added her excitement by saying, “Wow, this is thrilling!
Another follower offered: ‘This makes me so emotional! Such a surreal feeling. Happy baby day.’
One person succinctly echoed the feelings of many others by saying, “Best wishes to all of you! I’m thrilled for each one of you. I’ve followed your pregnancy journey since its start, and I can hardly wait to meet the new addition.
Anna revealed in November last year that she and Michael were expecting.
Clips saw the happy couple looking loved up as Anna flaunted her growing baby bump.
The video started off looking like old clips of Anna and Michael when they were kids, followed by a transition showing Anna and Michael seated inside their vehicle.
‘The baby is ten weeks old and 3cms tall,’ the podcast host said with a bright smile.
In addition to the lovebirds’ appearances, other segments in the compilation showed glimpses of them visiting doctors, with one scene featuring an ultrasound examination as well.
In March, Anna revealed revealed the details of a shock health scare that sent her to hospital.
I’ve been absolutely beside myself with worry, but Anna bravely posted a video on Instagram from her bed at Cairns Hospital. In the past 48 hours, our beloved little one has been acting like a true free spirit, refusing to move.
The midwife advised us to head over to Cairns Hospital for a check-up. After an hour of observation, they seemed satisfied with the results.
‘When we left, they said “I think you have a cheeky boy”. We weren’t surprised.
Funnily enough, as soon as we arrived at Palm Cove, he began dancing and celebrating – all while I was entering my third trimester!
Anna and Michael were married at a glamorous ceremony in Greece in 2023.
Instead of choosing another location, the pair decided to host their wedding in the opulent Courti Estate, a luxurious villa in Corfu, during the month of May. This grand villa offers accommodation for nine guests in total.
Upon uttering our heartfelt “I dos,” we were showered with delicate petals, making for a truly magical moment, as I held my elegant white rose bouquet, embodying the epitome of a blushing bride.
‘Our wedding day at The Courti Estate was magical,’ Anna told the Herald Sun at the time.
